i have a crt which supports 120 hz. In cs i use 100hz, my doubt is: should i use 100hz in windows too? or just let 75?

Depends on screen resolution. If your CRT can handle it, then definitely YES :)

i would recommend 100hz in windows when you use 100 hz in cs, It switches faster to windows when ur in-game when pressing the windows button..
