Well, It isn't wrist you have to use for big arm movements, wrist gets strained when using it for adjusting angle of holding mouse. But you can use elbow for that instead. I think that rotating wrist around isn't a good idea in general, not talking about injury.
The more you rotate around the grip, the more tired it gets. Other parts of arm don't get tired quickly. Or at least that's my opinion by considering how my own arm works.
p.s. or rather wrist gets worn out by rotating it around, to be more exact. There isn't much muscle there that'd get tired, it just isn't suited for that kind of movement.
