Depends on what you are looking for.
If you want to lower the amount of times you fap per week I think nofap is a good thing. However if you want to change yourself, become more confident and stuff like that you should start to work out, read books, go to parties, do stuff with friends and DRINK ALCOHOL. Might sound stupid but I realised that this is by far the best way to learn how to talk to people easily, because you just don't care what people might think of you after you drank a few beer. Also find some hobby or something like that.
Nofap can also help you, BUT you should also do something else if you want to change yourself
