When your res is 1x1 pixel u will have 5000+ fps and you will do HS only.

I feel input lag even with vsync off so I dont know what should I do, its strange but its very hard to explain, I cant aim at heads on moving opponents because i feel this input lag..

why tf would you put vsync on??? Never put vysnc on unless you have far below 60fps. Do you actually know what vsync does...?

Yes... but the whole point of your monitor is to have provide the least lag - so turning it on would sort of defeat the point, unless you were getting like 30fps anyway. In any case, for CS if you aren't getting over 100 at least why would you even buy a 144hz monitor?

just set 144hz from your Nvidia control panel... the command will force the monitor to at 144hz in game but only if you set at 60 in desktop

Some of those could just be put in a cfg file or straight up removed, it's better to try to use as few launch options as possible as they can cause frame drops when you got a lot of them

-noforcemaccel doesn't work. Just use raw input instead of it.
