I just wonder when i do cardio before i feel like im a little bit tired and after i havent tried.

I've tried both and results are... Now that im doing it after workout i need to do more fast walking before i start running Before i could just walk for 5 minutes and do straight 10 minutes run without problem

if your goal is to get bigger i think you should not do cardio at all unless it's just a walking or cycling for bigger legs

Well you will get bigger when you doo cardio since you can eat more calories without getting fat that's why im doing it :)

it's slow and hard way compared to doing either only cardio to lose or only strength training to gain weight, because these involve different eating etc.
