No. There are almost no money in this sport. Basicly you must get in Olymipic Adult team to get paid - like 600e. @ junior best what could I get is like be top 15 in my country. To get in Olyimpic team you need like medals in EU championships or even World (but i think even 4-6places count to get in)

If you compliment it with proper diet, yes. Simplified: run to spend lots of calories and get your body used to spending a lot of fuel (as well as getting fit), eat tons more. Sit ups, push ups and such will be useful too, no need for weights. Of course you won't get huge by running and swimming, but really it's all you need to be not skinny. Eat a lot, burn a lot.

If you work out it's usually normal for most people to add cardio and running/swimming into their workout plans. Especially since people who work out seriously don't just want to just gain muscle, they also want to stay and look fit and have low body fat and have cutting seasons(to make their muscle stand out and look well or else it sometimes just looks like they're fat or bulky when they're actually muscular especially during bulking seasons) which is hard to maintain without doing cardio/other exercises and sports to do so.

If you have the money and time for it try it out. After a few weeks you will know if it's something for you. Also ask your friends if someone wants to go with you. If you have training partner it's not so easy to give up again. For me working out is really good, you just feel good afterwards and don't think like you didn't do something productive/for your health.

In your workout, you tear the muscle down, how can u build again if u don't take enough protein and fat to build again? In your next workout, you'll be tearing your proteins for energy. You dont build muscles with fat but with Carbs, protein are also needed to help with that procedures. Like i said before, even if he eats shit, protein and carbs are found in all meat and nearly all the veggies (low amounts thou) therefore he will still grow as long as he works out and eat.

Of course you should, but If I was you, I would eat and gain weight before you go. Over winter is the best time to gain weight and then maybe workout, because you're 64kg, you're pretty skinny for your height not to be offensive or anything. I don't think many people go to gym to get bigger and beat other guys up. Main reasons would be : 1. More pussy 2. Looking better for yourself 3. Healthier lifestyle 4. Replacing CS hours with Gym hours.

Well, I just don't agree for 1st. If you want pussy, calisthenics is the way to do it :) Girls won't be looking at a guy who's lifting 40kg dumbbells, but rather at a guy who's doing a planche, front lever, back lever, muscle-ups, etc. But mixing both is better than doing one, I personally use weights for legs and shoulders, and everything else is calisthenics.

I think you didn't understand what I said, ofc girls won't look at how much pullups you can do, neither will they look how much lat pulldowns you can do, I'm talking about advanced calisthenics movements that are planche, muscle ups, levers, triple clap pushups, etc. And calisthenics can get you shredded better than weights can, and with a proper diet and training, you can get good mass too. But as I already said, it's better to do both than focus primarily on one.

So what u saying is to pull a girl u gonna do all those special pulls etc on a bar and she will be like "ohh so cool". What if there is no bar around? then u fucked? Are u really gonna make a clown of yourself and do all this shit to impress her, while u can go gym get big and u dont have to do any of this cuz u big already and she can see it? calisthenics are good, but girl wont see any of this unless u take your t-shirt off (and that's if u sticking to good diet so u dont have body fat).

Why do you think you cannot build mass with calisthenics? With proper training and diet of course you can, and I didn't say you were doing all that shit to impress a girl, I just said that a girl will rather look at a guy that is doing a triple clap pushup rather than a guy who's lifting 40kg dumbbells. I personally train calisthenics for strength, but was weight-lifting in the past, but switched to calisthenics since you can do it anywhere and personally enjoy it more.

Dont hit gym because of something or someone. Hit the gym for yourself and dont expect big results first time or you will be disappointed.Eat more calory (4,5 or more times per day). If you cant eat enough , get some proteins for recover it. I'm 1.80 and 66 kg right now. Used to be 75-78 kg with good shape (not fat) , then a lot of job and stresses coming in and i drop gym and i lose everything. Now starting again and training very hard like never before.

You will need some time to get the endurance back, but for the gains back I recommend using really low weight and 100 reps on every exercise you used to do (literally), works for me.

Gym is good of course, i trained for years with high and low peaks (ofc). That gives you strengh, fun, and its good for your health (if well performed). It takes time to have an aesthetic body and its very fast to lose everything ahah. But just do it, start 1x a week then go for 3x time. Ask a coach for exercices if you are a beginner. And yes women prefer a well shaped body and you frag better after sport :D

I was focusing more on my studies at your age, didnt have much time neither cause I was freelancing a lot. I mean, it's easy to squeeze in an hour per day for gym. Im 25, since I started working with 23, I started seriously with gym when I was 24. It's worth it, to go to the gym I mean. You're quite thin, focus more on lifting, you dont need much cardio. Maybe 10 min to warm up.

i do gym since 2 years ish . and yes it's really good if you have time and want to meet new people . It's not only about getting big muscles or stuff like that it's good for your health instead of playing cs for 2 hrs you can dedicate those 2 hrs to the gym . And please go to a decent gym where they have good Trainers so you can talk with them and see a good work out schedule , don't look on the internet if you're new to gym stuff trust me. I'd say more about it but idk right now what else to say , it worth it if you have time and dedication. Just don't go there and do literally nothing and than get back home and start drinking coca cola and eat like a fucking american.
