Stewie be out here grindin' tryin to get better, then you get this fuck who plays pub g all day even though cs is his job... idc if its a player break, that's just an excuse. He's been playing bad forever so shouldn't even play even more on the break so he can do at least smth when the season comes?

I wouldn't say playing video games professionally would be my "dream job" -Most of the world doesn't see it as a respectable profession -Unhealthy habits -Contributes little to the entire society -Short-lived career -Forced to travel a lot -Constantly critiqued by the community I'd much rather have a real job than being a professional gamer.

1. He's by definition an athlete, which is a respectable profession. And what would you be fearing, some random dude on the street calling you out for it? 2. You're not forced to have unhealthy habits as a professional cs player 3. Why is contributing to society necessary? You earn your money fair and square I don't see the problem with that 4. Only real issue 5. 50/50 many people enjoy traveling 6. Why would you give a shit

1. No one in their right mind would see gaming to be a "sport", as much as you want to feel better about yourself by saying it is one. 2. Constant hours required to be poured into sitting staring at a screen is unhealthy 3. Contributing to society makes you morally a better person 4. Same as before 5. Traveling under stress about performing is not enjoyable. It isn't like these professional gamers are going on cruises to the fucking Bahamas. They travel, set-up, grind practice, play in competition, and leave. Also, home-sickness becomes a big issue with being forced to travel the world a lot 6. Because with all the other cons, I'd much rather not be critiqued about what I do, that just adds on to it.

1. ''sport an activity involving physical exertion and skill in which an individual or team competes against another or others for entertainment.'' On top of that, P1 visas are given to professional e-sport players. 2. As long as you take breaks it isn't a problem. 50% of jobs require you to sit in front of a screen all day. You have enough time to jog and go to the gym. 3. That's the most retarded shit I've heard all day 5. Of course it is. You're just doing what you're always doing, just in a different environment. And you have offtime as well. Why do you imagine it being one infinite loop of stress? 6. Well, people who give so many shits about what others think that it makes them want to change what they want to do for a living are rare anyway.

1. No one will see it as a REAL sport or a respectable one 2. Still extremely unhealthy 3. If you do something to help society, you're being selfless and doing things for the good of others. That is morally better than doing something just for the paycheck 4. Skipped 5. Makes you homesick, constantly forced to feel on the run, it isn't enjoyable traveling like people want to believe it is 6. I never said it would make me retire if I was one, but I'd prefer not being critiqued on how I perform if there were so many downsides to what I do for a living in the first place.

So I guess football isn't a sport because it's a ball sport? e-sport is just a genre It doesn't matter who views it as a sport, it's objectively a sport Definition: ''sport an activity involving physical exertion and skill in which an individual or team competes against another or others for entertainment.''

Actually, if you look at the facts and statistics Americans usually have higher salaries in every profession. Also college isn't much of a problem as most foreigners think, as long as you sign up for FAPSA, financial aid packages and meet the requirements for free or reduced tuition, college becomes very affordable. Obviously foreigners wouldn't know because they haven't stepped a foot in America and all they say is burger this burger that (I just envy Americans btw).

By that logic CS is already dead because literally zero big streamers stream it lmao. PUBG is a good ass game that will have a big community for a long time. How long did H1Z1 live like 1.5 years? I know PUBG will eventually die. I never said it wont. It probably wont for at least 1-2 years though. It all depends what changes the devs make to it and if they ruin the game. At least I know it will go down in a ball of flames unlike CS which will die a slow painful death because the devs never change anything in the game.
