There are players who have very big impact on the game despite the fact that they don't get many kills. He's decent player if you look at the aim or clutch abilities or something like that, but he mostly focuses on the team performance, not his own when it comes to both playing official matches and practice. He analyzes every player's position on the map, make calls, when players like draken or get_right can focus on their own positions and own decisions. When it comes to practice (of course with threat, but he's the one who have to learn and remember all stuff) - he's the one who spends time watching teams demos, analyzing their strats, spots they play etc. He prepares all the smokes, flashes, executes, when f0rest or get_right can just go and play DM. That's why it's pretty justified to say "He's an IGL"
