Considering your GPU and CPU choices, you might as well go for a decent motherboard, but this one is pretty overpriced imo. All z370 have a good enough soundcard, they're already somewhat premium made boards. I'd suggest a more mainstream MSI Z370 gaming plus or an ASUS prime z370-A. ROG STRIX boards have 50 bucks wasted on aesthetics (unless you really want rgb on your mobo) and it's of a bit higher quality in terms of materials. Performance wise, though, absolutely nothing is changed. You can save almost 100 bucks going for a cheaper option, your choice. If you want to look cool, though, then you'd have to change your build to be color coded and all of it in the first place.

why do you need a soundcard? good mainboard with good onboard sound should be good enough. and your old power supply should be more than good enough too.

Nowadays mobos have decent onboard audio. Many can even run high impedance headphones with no trouble. I would go for Asrock Extreme4 z370. Impedance sensing on front audio port, Intel lan, it is relatively cheap and has good vrm components.
