it's humanbeings who've gotten brainwashed. maybe jail the people who created the situation from first *hint hint*
2017-11-22 03:08
u cant be serious man. they are murderers. they deserve lifetime imprisoning. to ur logic most of the nazis like himmler etc. had been nice dudes who should not be punished for their actions since they had been brainwashed. there is btw. shitloads of similarities between islamism and nationalsocialism. so dont come around and say "u cant compare those guys to adolf eichmann" - cuz u actually can. u probably would free hitler aswell, cuz of his hard childhood, early losses and the jewish girl that didnt want to bang with him. also mao and stalin - just harmless brainwashed sheeples. just give those guys a hug and say "i love you brother" right?

They are still Canadian citizens and should be convicted by the Canadian justice system, unless they were prosecuted by the country in which the crime was committed and denied transfering from that country.

I think you lose your citizenship once you run off and help ISIS, at least in normal countries They aren't being convicted for anything in Canada and I doubt Syria arrested them
2017-11-22 23:16
Then which country are they belonging to? I bet that normal countries usually wants to prosecute their own citizens when they can, and not dump their criminals onto other countries.

do you know how the legal system works? you dont get arrested unless there is evidence to be prosecuted. to be prosecuted officials need to have evidence of a crime. "he went to syria and worked for isis" is not evidence. get educated you poor peanut brain

2017-11-23 02:00
That logic is highly flawed and would not work in the real world. You dont gain a Syrian citizenship by being a terrorist. Or any other citizenship for that matter. You need to get your feelings out of the way and face facts, Canadian terrorists are Canadian, and should be prosecuted by Canada. If Canada had taken in 60 syrian isis soldiers then it would have been different.

except they havent arrested them, just say no fuck off terrorists and be done
2017-11-23 13:56
By your logic, if we reverse the scenario, then a Syrian terrorist should be able to stay in Canada, as Syria woud just say "no fuck off terrorists". I bet you that you do not want that. If a Canadian has traveled abroad to join a terrorist group, he has comitted a crime in Canada... I dont know wether they are arrested or not, as i cannot find that statement anywhere. All i know is that they have said to gather evidence to be able to press charges. I dont know all Canadian laws, so I dont know how they would proceed.

it says they are being watched so presumably no
2017-11-23 22:24
And probably something more aswell, as that information would not be public. If not, then they are maybe doing to little. The whole point is that they are CANADIANS, and its CANADAS responsibility and duty to enforce their laws on their citizens. They cannot push their criminals onto other countries...

they dont have to let terrorists back in lmao
2017-11-23 22:43
Then where should they be sent? The fact that they are terrorists is besides the point. They are citizens of Canada who has committed a crime by Canadian law, and Canada would want to do something about it. Unless they were being held from transferring in the country they where committing the crime, Canada HAVE to take them. Just because you think they should lose citizenship, doesnt mean they gain another. Is this really to hard for you to comprehend.
