Nani the fuck did you just fucking iimasu about watashi, you chiisai bitch desuka? Watashi’ll have anata know that watashi graduated top of my class in Nihongo 3, and watashi’ve been involved in iroirona Nihongo tutoring sessions, and watashi have over sanbyaku perfect test scores. Watashi am trained in kanji, and watashi is the top letter writer in all of southern California. Anata are nothing to watashi but just another weaboo. Watashi will korosu anata the fuck out with vocabulary the likes of which has never been mimasu’d before on this continent, mark watashino fucking words. Anata thinks anata can get away with hanashimasing that kuso to watashi over the intaaneto? Omou again, fucker. As we hanashimasu, watashi am contacting watashino secret netto of otakus across the USA, and anatano IP is being traced right now so you better junbishimasu for the ame, ujimushi. The ame that korosu’s the pathetic chiisai thing anata calls anatano life. You’re fucking shinimashita’d, akachan.

Death Note is a good starter
2017-11-23 19:23
2017-11-23 19:27
dude , if he starts with death note then he wud have high hopes from others but most of the others wud only disapppoint
2017-11-23 19:28
Then he should look into them more, maybe get some overall reviews on it instead of diving straight into it, all animes ive watched so far have been fine. plus he shouldnt think that death note and other animes are going to be as good as each other
2017-11-23 19:30
yeah , thats my point, death note is a masterclass but there are other gud animes out there ,depends on the taste though :D

success isnt determined by how much anime u watch. i suggest u start your life off by going to school and making some friends. connect with some teachers and other trusted adults in your school. they may be able to help with the issues u are having, dont keep it all to yourself. taking small steps will eventually lead to a brighter future!

Think Death Parade, or maybe Darker than black will be good, hfhf :)
2017-11-23 19:36
Death parade is not a good place to start. It's really unique but it's not worth exploring until you're past the more mainstream stuff. It's a pretty interesting watch but far from capable of pulling someone into Anime. It's too strange and isn't meant to really keep you hooked at all times.

Brazil Otazul
yeah but is unfair to ask someone to watch 7 episodes before saying something
2017-11-23 21:32
True, but I think for great shows you need to make an exception sometimes because it really is worth it to push through. 3 episodes or so is a good rule of thumb in general though, I recommended steins;gate as well btw.
2017-11-23 22:44
Good starter anime: - Hunter x Hunter (2011) - Sword Art Online - Shokugeki no Souma - Haikyuu!!! - Yuri!!! On Ice - Attack on Titan - Naruto - Death Note - Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood - Bleach - Kuroko no Basket - One Piece - Boku no Hero Academia - One Punch Man - Overlord - Code Geass They're pretty friendly to western viewers. If you've gotten used to the japanese voices and shit, and are ready to delve into some more serious stuff, then: - Steins;Gate - Re:Zero - Made in Abyss - Neon Genesis Evangelion - The King's Avatar (basically anime with chinese voice acting, but it's really good imo) - Magi I probably forgot a ton I'd have wanted to list, but these are some good starters. You can hop right into the second list, but if you're not yet used to subs then you might miss out on some plot points. They're not as slow and western friendly, therefore it's best to start with the generic starters. As for a big question many have: Should you watch sub or dub? Definitely sub. The reasoning behind it is simply that there are a hundredfold more japanese voice actors than the entire western industry combined. More talent means higher quality, and especially in this case the competition is higher as well resulting in shitty dubs and high quality voice acting in subs. It really adds to the experience and therefore dubs are hardly even worth considering.

My anime suggestion is for you to not watch it.
2017-11-23 20:11
I'm copying myself as I've already written this on another thread, but here you go: Without a doubt: Futa-bu! The inphimsical emperiment of the characters and a rather unconscious but ecstatic story development put together with a few scenes targeted predominantly at adults, allows me to refer to this anime as the "perfect anime" despite the fact that such a thing obviously does not exist. I pimphically cherish Ai Aihara's (one of the characters) weird features, features that are the greatest factor in creating an unexpected twist in the story that ultimately makes the second episode a lot more interesting.

A lot of people here suggesting out of personal taste but if you want a real representation of what most people like and what you're most likely to watch try this site: Shows all the most popular shows out and this link (below) shows the highest rated shows voted by thousands of viewers: Personally although its purely personal taste my top 3 suggestions for a 'newbie' would be: 1. Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood 2. Death Note 3. Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion All are quite popular and very well made but if you want to know more about them the links above will send you to a site where all the shows are summarised, reviewed and rated so you can see what you want to try. Worth a watch just to see if you like it to be honest because there is so much available. hfhf

MADADADADADADADAAAAAAAAAAA.... ORE WA MAHOTEI NI NARU! Seriously, no. I think it's a pretty solid shonen atm, and 51 eps is hype, but there is no way this is how you pull someone into anime. The first 3 eps are pure earrape aids with this little fucker trying to burst your eardrums 24/7... there's no way a new viewer would get to episode 4 before abandoning anime forever.

one punch man- over powered super hero that can kill anything in one punch, hilarious Great teacher Onizuka- A high school teacher who is a former gang leader Kuroko no basquet- basketball anime thats pretty good too
2017-11-26 05:44
Let me guess, one punch man gets a villain he can't punch and that story goes on for 10 years?
2017-11-26 06:08
it's the opposite, he's too powerful that no one could defeat him which makes him frustated that no one could challenge him
2017-11-26 07:31
lol wtf so how long is the anime? 10 minutes?
2017-11-26 07:32
20 minutes each episode, spanning 12 episodes in its first season
2017-11-26 08:02
bruh I'm confused how they manage to have 12 episodes of 20 minutes when he can end everything with a punch?
2017-11-26 08:02
It have amazing art/animation really good fights and its funny , its not only about Saitama ( one punch man ) I dont wanna spoil everything but the last fight is the best anime fight i have ever seen
2017-11-26 08:07
the story is much more than him fighting villains, i must say even the main character lacks action throughout the series. most of the fightings are done by side characters, and he only shows up late or doesnt even realize there are monster invasion happening for comedic purposes.
2017-11-26 08:11
IC that would explain everything because for me it sounds like a promising idea for a movie but not for something so long like a series. So the main character is a dumb cocky bitch basically?
2017-11-26 08:12
He's kinda dumb but more of a oblivious than cocky. It's just that he's so powerful that he couldnt even have a sense of danger and just punch away anything that blocks his path to do his daily routine EDIT: also to mention that in his world monsters are normal occurence and he's part of heroes league or something like that
2017-11-26 08:22
I see I was confused about this anime I heard a lot about it but wondered why the whole series was longer than 10 minutes, now I know. Is there an English dub?
2017-11-26 08:34
There is though idk about the quality of the voice acting
