Right? Just buy a console, they're cheaper, faster, they run smoother, and they have better graphics.

Sarcasm can pretty much qualify as bait, you were just saying something you didn't believe and someone fell for it.

Buy SSD instead of 1060 xD
2017-12-13 12:26
No. I'll explain. - Weak vydia card. Seems good to see WOW 4 GIGS OF RAM but the lifetime of that card is very limited. - Only one memory stick - no dual channel possible. Would be better 2x4gb - Too small SSD (games are easily hitting 50gb nowadays) - CPU whatever... won't be the bottle neck of your system. All in all: not worth. Better accumulate more skrilla and buy something better
2017-12-09 01:35

Ignoring the rude remark by asd above, 2x4 is better because you can run it dual channel.

how about 4x4 vs 2x8?
2017-12-14 02:21
They're the same but I'd go 2x8 since you can upgrade later (not likely you'll ever need to). Also whne you get it, refer to motherboard manual to find where to put them because they have to be in specific dimm slots.

2017-12-09 02:32
1060 would fit better
2017-12-09 02:34
i3 8100 is better than that shit. Get an i5 8400 or Ryzen 1600 and enjoy your good life
2017-12-09 02:35
for 8400 need better mobo.... I think for 1600 I don't need cooler? Am I right? Bcs that cpu already have a cooler?
2017-12-09 02:39
You're right. 7600, 8100, 8400 and Ryzen 1600 all have coolers. Ryzen 1600 you can overclock too.
2017-12-09 02:39
So for 7600 i don't need this additional cooler.. Than i can take better cpu for that money.. What do u think for another parts? Is it worth?
2017-12-09 02:43
If you want my advice go for Ryzen 1600. I got 400 fps on benchmark map 1024x768. Also I can stream without losing any fps (always over 200). And you'll have a 6 core 12thread cpu for any task you want.

2017-12-14 18:05
You know you have no idea about gaming when your cpu is more expensive than your gpu card. But ironically this is a common feature on hltv
2017-12-09 02:54
cs go is cpu game... i don't really have time to play another games..
2017-12-09 02:56
Upgrading your CPU usually means upgrading motherboard + CPU (and sometimes ram). Upgrading your GPU is just upgrading your GPU. And for CS:GO even a GTX 1050 2GB is enough for 300fps. Game is played at low settings and CPU is most important in csgo. Get a good cpu and if you get tired on CSGO, resell the 1050 for 70€ and enjoy (PUBG for example)
2017-12-09 03:32
Edit for better build m8: pcpartpicker.com/list/7jHywV I change that hyper 103 for a Hyperx 212x that is a lot better with 82 CFM and this hyper 103 is overpriced. I change the 1050ti for a 1060 3gb the 1060 perform better for almost the same price don't fool yourself the memory quantity of a gpu It's not so important the cpu of the gpu is important. I change the memory for a dual channel 2x4gb dual channel performs better than single channel. I change the PSU for an Seasonic they have the best PSU's in the world trust this is the better setup here I understand what i'm talking about. Proofs: youtube.com/watch?v=WqSV2cE4TT8
2017-12-09 03:11
Thanks dude. So cpu is good for like 2-3y? :D
2017-12-09 03:15
Yes it is there still people that have i7 2600k i5 2600 running with GTX 1000 series and it still good today the same for the i5's today CPU's don't give the most of FPS.. the combo with the GPU gives you a good fps you will only need to upgrade the GPU that is the most important upgrade if you wanna FPS

I my country 1050ti is 210$ - 1060 290$... So i have to leave this ssd :)
2017-12-09 03:21
Yes SSD's only gives you "time" not FPS focus on the fps get a 1060
2017-12-09 03:26
hdd mobo edit: pcpartpicker.com/list/RvqFBP What do u think now?
2017-12-09 03:35
Yes better 7200rpm HD is a bit faster but 2tb is to much for example I have like 104 games on steam 18 in origin and a lot of other games i just used 700gb in a 3tb HD but 15$ don't make a big difference go on this it's a better choice in the future you can upgrade an ssd just to put windows and CS ssd is a lot faster saves a lot of time too. And the mobo doesn't make any difference just their technologies.
2017-12-09 03:48
Then i can get 1tb, and myb better case.. or save money for an ssd.. :) This pc (724$) in my country cost 1000$...
2017-12-09 03:52
I just changed the mobo to an MSI Gaming mobo they're very well built today the bios is good and this mobo is beautiful than this Gigabyte one. You'il just need to buy an ssd futurely.. pcpartpicker.com/list/RtrFBP
2017-12-09 04:27
I know. I'm going for 7600k instead 7600.. And im gonna save money for an ssd
2017-12-09 04:28
Yes it is a good choice too just for 10$ it's a bit better cpu but you have to consider that K versions is cpu's for overclocks it is warmer and consumes more energy
2017-12-09 04:32
I know. I think this is enough for start :) after ssd and more ram
2017-12-09 04:34
8gb is sufficient for the most of the games unless you play several games at the same time and leave various programs open at the same time. It is very rare game that consumes more than 8gb of ram CS for example consumes 3gb I think
2017-12-09 04:37
I need pc for 3d modeling too :) interior designer, so :D
2017-12-09 04:41
Now the things change you can change the Intel for an Ryzen they are better for 3d modeling and 16gb (2x8gb with higher ghz or 4x4gb) ram is sufficient in my opinion.
2017-12-09 04:44
Whick one?
2017-12-09 04:45
Ryzen 5 1600x the equivalent of i5 7600k
2017-12-09 04:47
But ryzen in gaming sucks :D I'm going for this one right now. Thanks btw <3
2017-12-09 04:49
pcpartpicker.com/list/2NZYVY BTW Ryzen is a good too in this build you'il have the advantage of M2 support Leds on the mobo :p it will perform a lot better in 3d modeling just the disadvantage of 10~30- fps's in some games
2017-12-09 05:00
Can u overclock ryzen on that mobo? (ab350)
2017-12-09 14:48
Yes I think in every mobo is possible to overclock the cpu today including this gigabytes one's: view.joomag.com/gigabyte-am4-overclockin..
2017-12-09 22:04
Change de mobo for one with M.2, it's de same price, FUCK this 1050(shitty GPU), get a 1060 3GB way better... If you have changed you mobo, get a 7200RPM HDD.
2017-12-09 03:27
I'm going for B250M-DS3H with 1060 3gb and better hdd, but without ssd for now... I can get it after few months.. Btw thanks
2017-12-09 03:31
pcpartpicker.com/list/CRggRG Look, with the M.2 slot and the right mobo, you can have a IntelOptane.
2017-12-09 03:45
Good good, but why x2 4GB 2400? Get x1 8Gb, for further upgrade, and it's only one channel, it's faster I think.
2017-12-09 03:52
Dual channel 2x4gb dual channel performs better than single channel. And on that mobo i have 2 more space for additional ram :D
2017-12-09 03:54
I see, enter this site papahardware.net/ it's brazilian, but it's easy, just put the number of the GPU, ex: 1060 x 1070... search about IntelOptane, it's way better if you don't want a expensive 1TB SSD.
2017-12-09 03:56
We'll see. Thanks btw. How much cost this pc in Brazil? :D
2017-12-09 04:02
WAY TOO expensive, a i7 7700k costs 479 dollars.
2017-12-09 04:04

Intel optane is not necessary just for servers build It's a loss of money I reccomend SSD's for gaming instead of M2
2017-12-09 04:33
Where did get that information? If he buy a 2TB HDD, and don't have money for SSD, just transform this 2TB HDD almost in a SSD with IntelOpane, haven't you seen the reviews? IntelOptane it's way cheaper.
2017-12-09 04:48
32gb for a half faster of an SSD I arent thatz it pays off
2017-12-09 05:10
SSD 1TB $249, good maths my friendo.
2017-12-09 05:16
We don't need an 1tb SSD to enjoy it just put the windows and CS in SSD and the rest will be fast af even an 60gb ssd will be good for it. A kingston ssd 120gb cost 50$ and its enough! In 104 games that I have in Steam only GTA 5 is slow asf so just put 60gb game + 15gb CSGO+ 20~60 Windows
2017-12-09 05:26
CS and OS, 36Gb more or less, almost 1/3 of the 120Gb SSD. But you're right, buy a SSD, it's a personal preference anyways. Bye my amigo.

I strongly recommend ryzen 5 1600. Best price/performance cpu and it has its own stock cooler so you don't need to buy one. and dont worry about stock cooler it's fine. also go for 256gb ssd and 16gb ram. If you search good you will see there are lots of campaign for RAMs
2017-12-09 03:53
I'm going for this right now pcpartpicker.com/list/RvqFBP. Or myb 1600, idk, we'll see. I don't have money for ssd now bcs of 1060, so im going for it in future. 1-2tb is enough for now bcs this pc (730$) in my country cost 1000$. So.. btw thanks

i dont think u will need 2tb if you dont have a porn site make it 1tb. buying a 256gb ssd is very good deal dont worry, you'll install windows and games in it and it will be enough. i would go for r5 1600 and use stock cooler so you not gonna waste your money for cpu cooler and u will have money to buy a ssd. while i5 and i7 cpus working on %80-90 r5 1600 will only use %50-60.
2017-12-09 07:31
And i can get i5 7600k instead of 7600... Myb better choice
2017-12-09 04:14
Ryzen are better just for video editing and multi tasking Intel's still better for gaming keep Intel especially for those who play CS

2017-12-09 05:13
Why are you buying a locked i5 7600 (4 cores 4 threads) in 2017,9 with a 30$ cooler? Ryzen 1600 is cheaper, better, overclockable and comes with a nice and sexy cooler. cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Intel-Core.. You can get a B350 board with it.
2017-12-09 06:13
Going for 7600k...?
2017-12-09 06:52
Not on your link you're not. And an i5-8400 is better than a 7600k, so what are you doing?
2017-12-09 16:38
Than i need better mobo and ram.. Cost more
2017-12-09 16:44
Ram is the same, motherboard yes it will cost more. I don't see a reason to buy a 4 core 4 thread CPU at this point, unless it's used and cheap.
2017-12-09 16:45
Do you know to overclock a CPU safely? If not don't buy K version money waste for 1~5 fps. The ryzen CPU stock cooler even being a better cooler than Intel one's still a bad cooler compared to this Hyperx 212x keep the processor cooled is very important to not drop the frames.

Get an SSD, getting rid of that is stupid. At least 120GB to put OS on and your top two games. Like the other guy said, getting an aftermarket CPU cooler for a locked CPU is not necessary, get rid of it and put the $30 into a better SSD, or towards 16GB of RAM. The CPU and GPU are a great combo, especially if you just plan on gaming. If you want to do CPU intensive tasks such as editing I'd go with AMD's Ryzen lineup since it has better performance. Many games don't utilize Ryzen's additional cores (yet), so the difference in FPS between the two is minuscule.
2017-12-09 06:24
Im looking for i5 7600k with 1060.. 16gb is to expensive ofc ddr4 bcs of mobo. Ddr3 is cheaper but not a good choice. I need that cooler for this k version of cpu. Can get 240gb instead hdd but idk if its good choice :)

Apparently you don't have too much money to spend around. I would buy older CPU, mobo and GPU used for about the same money. Maybe Broadwell or Skylake architecture. For example I just bought i5-6600k which is about the same stock performance as 7600 for same money new or less as used and you will have the ability to overclock it. Useb mobo was around 70-100eur, depending on the model. I didn't need a new GPU, but one 1060-6GB OC I found for 200eur, which is a pretty good deal. Those parts you picked have absolutely no future use. Even yourself said it will run games from 2013-14... and? Also you're cooler is really overpriced. The best smaller cooler in the same price range is Cryorig H7, but for even less money there is Cooler Master 212 EVO, which is better than the 103.
2017-12-09 08:02
I'm not a fan of buying used parts :) especially cpu and gpu... Its cheaper but myb they have some issue or something
2017-12-09 14:55
Still, I would rather go for the 6600k as it costs almost the same as the 7600 even when new.

the best you can have with an intel cpu , btw if you install some specific bios version on the motherboard you could overclock that 6400 with bclk for up to 4.5ghz easily , and gtx 1060 3gb is much faster than gtx 1050ti pcpartpicker.com/list/yX6wTH

Don't get an SSD on a cheaper build. get a 1060 instead of that 1050ti. The extra FPS is much better than 1 second less loading time for windows
2017-12-09 22:57
I'd rather go for 1050 Ti instead of 1060 than for HDD instead of SSD.

SSDs are overrated imo. A new hard drive loads windows in a mater of seconds and in games most loading screens are tiny.
2017-12-09 23:19
I'd say you should buy 1060 instead of 1050.
2017-12-09 23:00
-7600 +6600k/even 4690k is better than 7600 for games , the higher the clock is , the better fps you get -ssd +1060 3gb at least, 1060 3gb>1050ti -1x8gb +2x4gb -hyper 103 + hyper 212evo,
2017-12-09 23:03
Wtf are u talking about... youtube.com/watch?v=YnMOm_44kV8
2017-12-13 01:39
U know that u can OC 6600k, and in games - the higher clock speed the better fps
2017-12-13 08:25
Read comments... i said im not going for overclock..
2017-12-13 12:23
Then enjoy worse performance for same money
2017-12-13 13:26
same money? hahah u need better mobo for overclock so your shit cost more
2017-12-13 14:38
If u actually had any knowledge about how the pc works and if you wanted to have the highest fps u could, you would remove the ssd and pay extra 25dollars for Z mobo. I would rather have extra 10%performance than 5secs shorter loading time
2017-12-13 15:42
btw this is old build :) i have now one and im going for it bcs my budget pcpartpicker.com/list/436hnn hltv.org/forums/threads/1639763/budget-p..

^this edit: edit u can get even cheaper coz u dont need the best z370 mobo
2017-12-15 02:04
Get an i5-8400. Benchmarks show that it performs the same as any i7 in games if you have moderate GPU like the gtx 1050 ti (GPU bottleneck). and you'll have to get a z370 motherboard. a little bit expensive since there is no cheap mobo for 8th gen CPUs yet. For RAM, get 2x4GB ram kits. Dual channel > One channel. You can live by 120 GB if you install games on HDD, you'll get only slower loading times. But 250 GB is a safer option for the future. Especially if you install a lot of software.

If you're getting a 7600, that means you don't care much to overclock (most people are too lazy, and if I'm not mistaken, the 7600 can't even OC in the first place) then I would just use the stock cooler. Why spend 40 on another air cooler that won't be providing anything you didn't already have? I understand that stock cooler doesn't look appealing, but if you cared that much about aesthetics, an all-in-one liquid cooler is the way to go anyway.

Ok then don't get an aftermarket cooler for now, invest that $40 into upgrading ssd size or getting better gpu.

It'll run CSGO very well. The only other option i'd consider is getting the new generation intel chipset Z370 motherboard with an 8000 series over the Z270 with a 7000 series. That would take some research to see if the price per performance is actually better, but at least you'd have a newer motherboard, which means you could upgrade without having to buy a new motherboard.

remove shitty i5, add high end fx or ryzen (both should be overclocked ofc) also -1x8gb +2x4gb cm hyper 212x / zalman cnps 10x performa over your cm cooler if you can afford 1060 3gb over 1050 ti 4gb, 100% go for it

Ok, i think i agree with sennsei and reccommend to get Ryzen 1600X but the pcpartpicker tell that 1600X have not a box cooler (strange cuz on pic box-version with cooler). U anyway can buy some cooler. pcpartpicker.com/list/ssLDpb in the end, something like that. Unfortunately u can not afford SSD right now.
2017-12-13 16:54
Ryzen 1600 comes with cooler, 1600X not. Just buy 1600 and overclock :)

u mean on this site? btw i don't sure he's going and know how to overclock it
2017-12-14 18:01
On any site the 1600 is with cooler. Unless they say it's not. If the build is just for CS:GO: i5 8600k, z370 (not the cheapest you can find please), a decent cooler, gtx 1050ti. If the build is for other games like PUBG, you need at least GTX 1060 3GB and so you might need to get B350 + Ryzen 1600.

I'm talking about 1600x i5 not good enough to pay for it and motherboard $100 and lose 6 additional threads. My friend has 1600x and has same 220-300 fps in csgo.
2017-12-15 08:15
Yeah but Ryzen 1600 = Ryzen 1600X, but 1600X has no cooler. Just overclock Ryzen 1600 and it's perfect. I have it.

1600X should has box cooler if its box version - my friend has. 1600 good for ppl who can and know how to do overclock. 1600x good for ppl who don't know hot to do this cuz 1600X has more turbo-frequency 3.6 against 3.2
2017-12-15 12:14
No the 1600X does not come with a cooler. No Ryzen CPUs rated at 95W come with a cooler.

i recommend that you grab an intel i7 processor. the new intel i7 and new nvidia chipsets consumes less energy, you can buy less W power supply. also, i recommend that you grab 16gb of ram. for the processor, if you have more money go with the i7-7700k, but the problem with the K series is that the oem fan that comes with it is not enough to cool the chipset, so you'll need to grab a watercooled fan.

Better check i3 8350k instead of your i5.. Worth considering I guess
2017-12-14 13:39
Keep in mind you will need: - Aftermarket cooler (+40$ at least for a decent one) - Decent board for overclocking (+30$ than cheapest one) - Not required but recommended 3000+MHz (+20-30$ per 8GB)
2017-12-15 01:56
But he is investing in a newer technology, which gives him the chance to upgrage cpu only in the future (I mean without paying again for mobo, ddrs etc)
2017-12-15 11:20
Sure, that's intel for you :D Motherboard will be obsolete in 2019. If he wants to "invest in newer technology" he won't buy a 4 core 4 thread CPU in 2018.
2017-12-15 11:29
"he won't buy a 4 core 4 thread CPU in 2018" :D While he is considering i5 7600, which is 4 core 4 thread CPU ;)

1. i5 7600 is a waste basically the same as i5 7500 but cost a significant more 2.dont need cooler when not K or amd 3.also if ur going for 8gb go for 2x4 (but 16gb makes a huge difference atleast in cs) so not worth it edit: try #124
