Tell me how sprinters in cycling have 3 times your legs and never hit the gym (today they do, but they didn't 15/20years ago)
Cardio makes you have a good metabolism so you can recover more quickly, do more sessions in a week. And the sessions will be more effective as the body gets better to heal the muscles and to take the best out of your food
With good cardio you can add a rep or two to your lifting exercizes since your red blood cells work better and your muscles will have extra oxygen to work to their full potential
So yeah you actually are discovering gym, like i thought. You just want big muscles you don't care about power and real effectiveness. Building a body is way more complicated than just lifting. You need good recovery, good sleep, good nutrition, good exercizes, good stretching, i could go on but i don't even know why i'm wasting so much time with an arrogant fuck
