No they do not. They get banned for breaking the rules of the forum, not for making a thread. It also depends on the context of the thread in question, this one simply being an adage to "off-topic", whilst not abusing the "off-topic" system to type literally anything. Either you're attempting to bait Martin/joke with Martin, or you don't understand how making threads work on the forums. Either way, I wish you well and that you have a good day/Christmas.
2017-12-22 15:53

Well it was one of the numerous possibilities, but thank you for confirming this (even though people don't get banned for this). Have a good day. :)

United Kingdom Jonty04l32
Random =/= Informational miscellaneous I also explained this here: "They get banned for breaking the rules of the forum, not for making a thread. It also depends on the context of the thread in question, this one simply being an adage to "off-topic", whilst not abusing the "off-topic" system to type literally anything." Martin is not breaking the rules and if it was someone else making this thread, he/she wouldn't be banned either. It depends on the thread itself to receive a ban, otherwise a simple thread removal is all that will happen - maybe a warning if it continues.
2017-12-22 16:14
Making a rate this girl thread in the off topic section is the same as this thread and people get banned for it. Even when they put it in off topic
2017-12-22 16:18
#189
 |
United Kingdom Jonty04l32
The topic gets removed, they only get banned if they repeatedly make the same topic after said removal. Unlike this topic, "rate x" threads are arbitrarily redundant. In your opinion - should this thread be removed?
2017-12-22 16:22
That doesn't matter, I want to know in your opinion should rate X threads be removed and if so, why?
2017-12-22 16:23
#192
 |
United Kingdom Jonty04l32
Well you brought the up, not I. I'm simply stating you do not get banned for making threads like these - that depends on threads such as racism or extreme rule-breaking. "rate threads" in hindsight exist for the same reason every thread does, but it isn't informative or interesting. It also showcases a stranger without consent on a random forum unbeknownst to them. Answer my question instead of stating it "doesn't matter" when you brought the point up.
2017-12-22 16:25
Im asking you since im curious. If the rate X thread doeant break any rules and the person posts pics of themselves why should they be removed but threads like these not? To answer your question, no I do not think this thread should be any diffrent than rate X threads so no it shouldnt be removed.

It's the "at" symbol We call it "A" but the a is pronounced like the a in at or that. Sounds almost like at I guess but without the t lol
