So, like most guys in here im excited for the roster changes going around. Kjaerbye leaving caught me completely off guard. Since then, a lot of people have speculated that Jugi would be the obvious choice. I agree that Jugi would seem to be the perfect fit, however, for a number of reasons, this is unrealistic.
Heroic is not ad academy team, and while they might be lower in the pecking order compared to astralis, they have the same management. This is a big advantage in many aspects, but it does close the door for roster moves between the two. The players on heroic would have no trust in their management if they took their best player and put him on another team in under the same management.
Dont get me wrong, I would have loved to see Jugi take the next big step, which im sure he will eventually. But for him to join astralis, it has to be part of a major shuffle or swap. I hate to say that being in RFRSH puts a limit on his carrer, but that is just the case in the instance. No matter what he wants, or what the astralis players wants, rfrsh wouldnt survicve the way they are if they allowed or even encouraged moves like that.
Now I might be proven wrong in the next couple of hours, but I dont think so, and its not just something i say because magisk is now rumoured.
Comes down to communication. I don't know how verbal astralis are when they lose. I think some of their choking in the past has come down to communication. And I don't know if Magisk is a verbal player at all :)
