hahh that's right. I thought I could read
2018-02-15 19:08
Nice conclusion after 48 hours of dennis being on team.
2018-02-15 19:08
the point is that he never was dedicated igl and thats nips main problem.he was calling in certain period in completely different meta where pug strats actually worked with good players. highly doubt that time will help them in this aspect

Pug strat still work lol, just fucking look at navi(even if they are not that good) and g2 (who won some t1 tournament in 2k17)
2018-02-15 20:18
g2 is great example that it doesnt work.their performance is NOWHERE near their potential and firepower.inconsistent AF+they had to split igl role between 3 freaking players lol... and navi? based on what? they are average at best

G2 still won some t1 tournament so i dont get why my point is bad
2018-02-15 20:23
read my post once again.some good performance here and there(just because of kennys and apex goes ham) doesnt mean that it actually works...
2018-02-15 20:24
NEW FAG SPOTTED. Remember LGB with olof, krimz, twist, cype oh wait cype why am i even mentioning him you probably read his name first time in your life lol.
2018-02-15 20:19
"he was calling in certain period in completely different meta where pug strats actually worked with good players" why do you think that i wrote this sentence? ofc that i did mean lgb here...you have clearly no clue but you are calling me newfag lol
2018-02-15 20:22
Lmao every team that he has been on has been crazy aimers and stars. He was igl for G2 in Cluj napoca and that was their best result. He was fnatic's igl in Eleague major and over-achieved. Nip could work if dennis just lets his players shine and as dennis is crazy agressive he is going to go first in sites and give more room to other players. Dennis with no structure is much better than xizt. Threat saved xizt and was the main reason he wasn't kicked like a year ago or one and a half a year ago.
2018-02-15 20:23
holy moly i will not even...you know what? save this thread and talk to me after 3 months.im like 100% sure that nip will not improve because dennis ISNT dedicated igl.just bookmark this
2018-02-15 20:27
I guarantee that they will go to minor. See xizt's style was the most predictable in the whole scene. That's why when threat came to the team Nip got some structure. Nip's peak level is much higher now with dennis but you are saying that they won't improve from 2 online matches with 1 day of practice. Best analyst here lmao.
2018-02-15 20:31
1.im not comparing xizt and dennis 2.i dont care about 1-2 matches 3.player who isnt dedicated igl will not fix nip in my opinion i was saying exactly the same since beginning...like i already said:bookmark this thread.maybe im wrong, maybe not but i dont think that they will improve
2018-02-15 20:35
1. I know but i told you why nip can improve. 2.Seems like you say that they won improve after couple of matches lol 3. Flusha was never dedicated igl. Somehow fnatic won 6 tournaments in a row. Tarik was never dedicated igl but magically C9 won a major. While dennis was and has that experience plus he has great players so his style can work. Analyst of the year.
2018-02-15 20:45
1.they can but i dont believe to it(jsut my personal opinion) 2.i didnt even see those 2 matches.i rly dont know how did they play to be honest.my opinion is based on nips playstyle and how dennis used to call in the past 3.when flusha was calling, fnatic had 5 top10 players(2 top3 players).all their players were in form + it was completely different meta.what happened when players performance dropped? flusha wasnt able to do sh*t about it and they splitted up. and as far as i remember tarik used to call a lot and to be fair,1 major win means literally nothing.look at how immortals and gambit ended.lets wair another like 3-4 big tournaments or if its just another "honeymoon" period
2018-02-15 20:50
1st : Okay personal preference is your thing. 2nd : Nip were okay but there was just no chemistry some rounds they looked great and in some it clearly was communication problem and some misscalls so it's a thing were it will improve no matter what you think. 3rd yeah but flusha was not a dedicated igl and they got dennis they changed their lineup. Shox for example was never dedicated to igl but made 2nd best french team to the best french team at that time when they had SMITHZZ FUCKING SMITHZZ. Fnatic splited up because they got tired of each other and their egos got better of them. Not because of performance issues because their level dropped when olof was gone with injury and he was their best player so it doesnt apply. C9 actually are different from gambit because they have made legit semifinals (were round away from Eleague premier finals) and were a legit top 5-6 team not like gambit who were barely top ten. With tarik C9 were consistent which is a good sign for igl.

Fair enough. Atleast you are able to provide some fair points so props to you. Let's just agree to disagree for now and time will tell I guess. Have a nice day sir:)

Dennis "dennis" Edman, who had been benched with GODSENT in November, finally found a home with NiP, where he will take over the role of IGL from one of the original Ninjas, Richard "Xizt" Landström, according to a Q&A with the player Read the article lol

It's Dennis for one tournament, after which he'll decide that he never wants to IGL again The same as he did in Fnatic. GTR should really be the one to step up. He has great knowledge of the game, and unlike f0rest his individual skill has already dropped off a cliff.
2018-02-15 19:10
we already had a chance to see gtr calling.man it was disaster.no wonder that they changed it back to xizt after like 3 weeks...

It was probably a disaster because NiP still needed GTR to be a star player back then. They don't anymore because REZ, Draken and Dennis all provide firepower that wasn't there with Friberg and Xizt.
2018-02-15 19:14
i still dont think that its a good idea anyway...i dont think that gtr is some kind of mastermind,he doesnt even have that much experience in that role+his individual performance would be even worse
2018-02-15 19:16
dennis is igl. I think it even said so in the nip dennis announcement.
2018-02-15 19:11
draken should take IGL role ,best solution for the NiP atm

Hello Cyphar from Cyprus, The in-game leader of Ninjas in Pyjamas is Dennis "dennis" Edman. Dont know why so many people think it is Patrik "f0rest" Lindberg, since no official source ever disclosed that. Source: nip.gl/article/announcement-roster-chang..
