Should you change something in ge force experience? Eg. Maximum performance or sth? When I used GFE to cs go, it was changing my video settings every time I launched the game. Is it worth to set everything to max in GeForce exp? Thank you in advance.
2018-02-17 19:43
no it isnt. it s garbage, i am playing without drivers, without geforce exp and everything is good (sometimes fps drops in smokes when i have 4hours+ on PC)

I completely agree. I don’t use or try not to change anything in GFE or even bother about it and every game runs perfectly. before I was pissed cause this program was changing my video setting and NVIDIA settings when it comes to cs go every time I reopened the game lul

Ok nice, try downloading driver booster and let it check for old drivers. Then update them. If it didn’t work reply again
2018-02-17 19:47
then your cpu or gpu is fucked. Even if you did a full clean install with zero things installed and you still get shit fps with an 4560k there is something wrong internally

I did that a couple of days before. During idle it was between 35 and 42, and during gaming the program for intel detected a min temp of 44, and a max temp of 67..

I tried mat_queue_mode -1 instead of 2 (all the guides i looked at said i should use 2) and now i got around 360-500 fps, it never went below ~280 when i checked so.. wtf, problem solved i guess.

Did you modify your nvidia 3d settings? If so can you send a screeshot and what are your settings in csgo?

All i touched in nvidia 3d settings is turning vsync off and chosing max. perfomance. everything low in csgo. :)

using mat_queue_mode -1 fixed it, i had it set on 2 because all the guides said that i should use it. using -1 gave me around 400 fps. ^^
