ryzen 3 2200g 144 fps?
Morocco flexxn
yo guys, is it possible to get comfortable fps (144+) on everything low, 8x msaa, fxaa on, 4:3 stretched (1024x768, 1280x960 or 1280x1024) with this cpu without a discrete gpu? looking for someone who can test how much fps it gets using these settings so hard. so far ive only seen some 1080p benchmarks i want to build a pc now and get a gpu later cause new nvidias are coming this april (or may) would r3 2200g perform better than i7 4960hq / gt750m 2gb macbook? macbook gets STABLE 130+ fps 1024x768 without smokes on maps like mirage, cache, office, i dont play other maps (esp nuke, train, new d2) because it wont get the same performance

its just my opinion maybe u can like it but me nah
2018-02-17 21:52
the ryzen 2k apus are good for a tight budget, u can play some modern games on very low settings on 60fps
2018-02-17 22:12
yeah even pubg 30fps easy, but im concerned how good does it really run csgo to compete
2018-02-17 22:28
Pretty sure 2kliksphilip released a video about them, look it up.

Hi, I currently run an AMD a-10 6800k APU, and it's giving me roughly 100 fps on every map. I also use an AMD Radeon R9 200 Series GPU, however I am building a new PC, because I can't stand playing any game at sub 144 fps. I get 20-30 FPS on PUBG I get 25-50 FPS on GTA V I get 80-150 on Mount & Blade: Warband My computer is relatively slow compared to many of my friends. But I've been running with these same components for about 3 or so years now, with an upgrade here or there.

opinions and computer components dont mix only facts go with computer components and its a fact that the new amd APUs are much better than what they previously were

they are mix tbh there is always a lot of combination to choose ... apu or other things doesnt matter
2018-02-18 01:34
i agree, but it dosnt seem like a smart move to buy a nvidia right now as its gonna cost 2x less in a few months basically im trying to figure would it perform better than my 2013 macbook, or at least NOT worse. even slightly worse performance wont be acceptable for me

if he is looking to buy apu this is mean he is on budget so new series will be expensive

yes you are right this is why im saying him to buy 7xx gen gtx or same level amd gpu but second hand 1050 or 1050ti maybe gets cheaper after new series they are so expensive atm and increasing day after day
2018-02-17 22:28
it would get like 10-20$ cheaper if im looking for the new one in ukraine lol. i3-7100/i3-8100 price difference is like 10-15$ here, r3 1200 is also cheaper than r3 2200 for just 10$

my friend if u are not planning to buy older gen gpus then build apu or wait for new nvidia series i dont have nothing to say. I want to explain more things but my english isnt enough for that :D
2018-02-17 22:35
i know i was considering a lot of options, now i want to know how 2200g really performs in cs go make a final decision and it comes down to 2 scenarios: wait more or build, like, tomorrow cause why would i spend 600-700$ on a pc that would run cs worse than my laptop
2018-02-17 22:44
theyre not going to be more expensive than 10xx series, 2060 recommended price (rumored) is even slightly lower than 1060 now it would be expensive i get a gpu now. i mean if i get 1050ti now for ~230$ and sell it for ~120$ in a 2 months i'll just lose extra ~100$ that i'd rather add when buying 20xx

btw my advice is buy newgen cpu with used/second hand old gpu it will be better than any apu shit
2018-02-17 21:57
there is no good deals or deals at all where i live on 1050ti/1060 6gb, literally, people are even selling used 1050ti for more than the new one would cost. and you never know if it has been used for mining right now i can get a build with 1050ti and super budget everything (like ram, mobo, psu etc) OR a build without gpu but with really good parts (ddr4 2800mhz+, mobo with OC support, ssd etc)

2018-02-17 22:05
can you link it please? idk maybe it was some crazy overclocker using some liquid nitrogen cooling system, im not planning to do that cause ive only seen 110fps max benchmarks running 1080p

dm probably 150
2018-02-17 22:20
then why it wouldnt hit 144+ 5v5 with 4x msaa for exzmple?

dm hits the cpu more than gpu, msaa hits the gpu. gpu is weak in an apu.

On 720p yes, easy af
