A team that can be great when they play great but overall very inconsistent. Can be a threat in big events but I wouldn't peg them as a possible winner until after groups.
2018-03-09 22:56
When they play great Adderall Pick both
2018-03-15 22:09
You're just mad that your country's best player is a washed up 30 yr old and your favorite player doesn't seem to know how the internet works and hates the game that pays his bills :)

One of the best core lineups of all time but is starting to lose their skill and consistency as well as lacking new strategies.

A team heavily on the rise and if they can continue developing and keep consistent not only with skill but also with creating new strats they could possibly win a major. STYKO isn't the problem.

2018-03-14 08:52
there is no problem at all maybe the experience of chrisj being an igl and oskar being a bit shaky during playoff games
2018-03-14 08:56
There is not problem what so ever. They're doing great and still getting better.
2018-03-14 08:58
well chrisj is giving weird calls here and there which is losing them rounds they shouldnt really lose
2018-03-14 09:09
No1 gets the perfect call every round of every match. All in all he's been great as an IGL. Also you never know if someone else in the team is making a bad mid round call or bad info. In the heat of the game anything can happen.
2018-03-14 09:12
There is no problem that damages the team you mean. Oskar and ropz falling off in important games if the only issue but when oskar is off usually ChrisJ or ropz can fill in but when ropz is off is usually when they lose games horribly

Best CIS lineup in the past few years and if electronic can start being more impactful and Edward stops being Edward they could win many more events, and could possibly win a major if Flamie and S1mple keep playing the way they are.
2018-03-09 23:03

2018-03-09 23:02
A promising team to upset some bigger teams at some events but also needs to face reality that they aren't as good as they think if they want to continue playing where they are

an overglorified PUG team that has potential to have a deep strat book if they decide to play more structured instead of letting them go off and do their own things. NiKo also needs to stop being a toxic little shit. I'm 14 and I'm more respectful than him.

Yea, good one. Also they struggle with communication alot...
2018-03-09 23:19
Thats just the language issue. Karrigan is fine since he studied it in college and his accent doesnt mess with his pronunciation much while GuardiaN and Olof sometimes use the wrong words and Rain is kinda an in between where it was like he moved to the US when he was 7 or 8 and learned it as a 2nd language but still grew up speaking it

2018-03-09 23:10
Possibly the greatest brand of all time. If Golden steps up and they increase their strat book they could go back to a consistent top 10 team. Lekr0 and JW need to be a bit more consistent as well.
2018-03-09 23:11
dude lekr0 is consistent, also Golden is doing good? Yea u cant expect him to drop always good amount of kills but still doing great with this fnatic, he just entered in pro scene and i think hes doing sick job for fnatic
2018-03-10 00:35
He is but I'm more looking at how they could improve. Lekr0 is consistent but not consistently impactful which I think is more important than just putting up good numbers which can be done just by constantly eco fragging. With Golden I think he should step up in term of strats and calling overall because fnatic don't have a super deep strat book which makes them easy to study against like C9 during ELeague Premier.

One of, if not the most historic lineup of all time (with TaZ not MICHU) but needs to disband because the roster and role changes have done nothing to help. NEO and Pasha need to go to coaching or commentating and Snax needs to stop being toxic. Byali should also tone down his toxicity but he needs to go to more of a lurk role since he isn't that great an aimer at times.

If the it doesn't work in the future I hope someone gets snax he's so talented it. Would Be such a waste but I believe they just need more time we can't forget they played under the same line-up for 5 years it's harder for them to adapt than other teams.

2018-03-09 23:26
GAMBIT - With a proper IGL and better strats they could go back to being a top 10 team and not play in MDL but even with this current roster they will still struggle against higher teams FaZe - an overglorified PUG team that has potential to have a deep strat book if they decide to play more structured instead of letting them go off and do their own things. NiKo also needs to stop being a toxic little shit. I'm 14 and I'm more respectful than him.

which lineup will be perfect for gambit? lets pick IGL and make a dream lineup
2018-03-09 23:37
possibly jame from QBF in place of Dosia since tbh hes the least impactful on the team in terms of overall skill. QBF wouldn't change anything since they got that great major run and there's no other great CIS IGL's out there other than Zeus but NaVi is NaVi and he won't go back to GAMBIT
2018-03-09 23:46
Zeus is so great, his team can't even qualify to ecs with 3 best cis aimers - Simple, electronic and flamie ...
2018-03-10 00:10
Didn'tsay the team was great but he' easily the best CIS IGL tactics wise
2018-03-10 00:13

No clue on how they'll play with mixwell but NBK shouldn't IGL. They should've dropped him over shox and had mixwell take his role
2018-03-10 00:02
IMO they need an IGL from another country idk who's available tho
2018-03-10 00:03
ex6 is available but shox is a good igl with the system he had but who knows how the roster will blend
2018-03-10 00:04
thing is all of the tier 1 french players have been in the same roster at this point pretty much, they need to bring in other countries
2018-03-10 00:11
Or bring in new French talent. Either way they need new talent. At least nV is gonna attempt that with hAdJi
2018-03-13 21:51
>shox >Good IGL Pick one
2018-03-13 21:47
For having no calling experience he was pretty good. While he called forcebuys way too much and didn't have some of the best strats he still was a good IGL. He made a great system also that allowed teams to all the players to shine they just didn't

s1mple = Flamie imo. Flamie got more experience while s1mple has more skill. Both are great though and they're the reason Na'Vi is great rn so no need to argue about who's better since neither will be dropped any time soon.
2018-03-13 23:23
Well Flamie isn't a team but I'm not gonna discriminate Flamie is possibly one of the best CIS players of all time and is definitely going down is history as one of the most notable players of this generation (mainly due to that QB.F game) and is possibly in his best form we've seen. If he continues to play like this and if Electronic and Edward step up when they're needed and s1mple remains being s1mple I think they could win FaceIT London or at the very least be a semi finalist again. With some work on Edward they could be a top 3 team.

2018-03-13 22:40
No problem my Swedish friend :)
2018-03-13 23:11
For one or two sentence replies I like this thread. My question is a little bit different. Is C9 a better (read more consistent) team with Tarik full time AWPing and IGLing plus whomever is NA's next best rifler or are they better off (read more consistent) with Ska full time AWPing.
2018-03-10 00:06
I think Ska awping because when he plays at his best he is arguably a top 5 AWPer and at one point he was undoubtedly the best AWPer in the world. When he's needed he can clutch big time and while his star and support role mix is absolutely horrid at times he can be the difference in the game.

Very fair point but until they can consistently make more than 2 or 3 big LANs a year I'm not gonna really say that they're on the rise or similar. Online they are on hell of a team online at times and have some great players like GruBy but this roster just hasn't achieved much on bigger stages

2018-03-10 00:32
Massive unknown to me tbh. I haven't seen hAdJi play apart from 1 game that I fell asleep watching but if I ignore him I think that if the players can play in peak form they could hit a top 10 team. K1o has been a beast lately for them and RpK has been more impactful but happy and ScreaM haven't really impressed me at all. While ScreaM had that 26 kill half during the ELeague Boston new challengers stage he didn't stay consistent past that so seeing him is like seeing an old WWE legend come back for 1 last match on a PPV or something stupid when they're over 60 years old. The point is if they step up and hAdJi meets expectations they could possibly overtake G2.

One of the better FE teams but that isn't saying much. ArtStar doesn't have the best game sense and I actually haven't seen milk play that much but GooseBreeder is a great clutcher and is very impactful. Xp3 is also a great coach but other than that I don't have much to say.

2018-03-13 22:10
Sprout really needs to work on getting better players. They aren't a good team at all for what events they attend but with a bit of tweeking and roster changes they could do good. Epsilon are really on the rise and if they can increase their stratbook and maybe switch COSMEEN for an established IGL they could possibly have a few deep runs in bigger tournaments

A really strange mix of players that has a lot to prove since they have the likes of ACiLLION and tenzkhi. while they've admittedly done very well I think the duo along with nexa could do much better if they found 2 players that either spoke a common language or just have higher skill ceilings.

A well rounded lineup for tier 2 play but needs a better IGL over freddieb and maybe finding a replacement for hampus wouldn't hurt but they have a solid lineup as is and could consistently challenge on a tier 2 scale nd maybe even hit a legends spot with a good run at a major.

Easily the weirdest mix I've ever seen hands down. Stan needs to show he can IGL again since his last time calling was during his last run in OpTic which was quite a bit ago. Shaz will definitely have to step up since he hasn't been in high tier competitive for the longest time apart from that Misfits major stint. Cajun and K0nfig have to prove that they haven't lost their skill since towards the end of their time in North they were starting to fall off quite a ton. Gade I haven't seen play but I've heard a lot of good things about him and I expect him to fit in well from what I hear.

MICHU hasn't proven that he can help this roster either as he either bottom frags or only has decent frags in the games they lose

North, Liquid?
2018-03-13 23:25
North: Hasn't proven anything in terms of the mertz and Kyaerbye swaps actually helping. Has a strong outlook but overall I don't expect any super deep placings from them. Liquid: Honestly, the best team in NA atm and has a positive outlook but Steel needs to step up a bit if Liquid want to win a major and he should also start calling over nitr0 so he can focus on AWPing

Not very familiar with Spain's scene but I know you guys have some good talent outside mixwell, Lowell and KaiRi so hopefully you guys get a bigger scene soon :(

I know its online cs, but this was unthinkable 6 months ago
2018-03-13 23:54
Online I think matters to a degree because if you can't make it online then you shouldn't be allowed to really play LAN. Most matches are online also so I think its needed. My only issue is ping since EU MDL is played over a really big gap while NA MDL is only between US and Canada for the most part with a couple Brazilian and South American teams. As far as I know we don't have any notable Mexican teams so that's why I left them out.

Ping doesnt do that big of a difference imo. Servers are well positioned and there sre no higher pings than 30
2018-03-13 23:58
Well good for EU then. In NA MDL Brazil has 200 ping and it makes a huge difference sometimes. Shot's might not register or the game seems kinda choppy. We don't take good care of our Southern counterparts.

Very true but I think MDL should just round a South American league and allow teams to move to NA and play there if they want.

Has a great overall look to the roster and has a big future in tier 2 competitive tourneys. Frozen not being to play in MDL will hurt them for sure but they have a bright future once he's allowed to play everywhere.

Tyloo/Flash Gaming MVP PK SZ Absolute TheMongolz Best asian teams IMO, talk about the ones you know. If you don't know a team, it's fine
2018-03-13 23:49
Forgot about recca, they're good as well IMO
2018-03-13 23:52
I haven't seen recca play in over a year so I cant say anything about them.
2018-03-13 23:58
TyLoo is easily the best Asian team atm. The entire look of the team is possibly my favorite rn in all of the Asian scene. Flash I don't know much outside their major run but they seem like they could cause trouble in some higher tourney groups. MVP PK seem to be one hell of a team online and in lower LANs but in events like Katowice I don't think they could get out of groups SZ Absolute and Mongolz I haven't watch very recently so I cant say much Despite being NA I enjoy the Asian scene since it's the biggest and most competitive even though it isn't the most skilled :)

Could become the best in Poland if they switch out TaZ for a younger talent. Not saying TaZ is bad but I rather him take a coaching role and be more of a mentor than a player.

I disagree. I think that acillion and tenzki are trash and the ones who are doing well are nexa and the lithuanians. They should replace the danes with someone better
2018-03-15 22:48
Lately I have to agree about the danes forms but they still have the experience to be able to come back from it. The language barrier like I said also makes it hard on them I'd imagine but I think the Lithuanian duo have a big future in CIS CS eventually and nexa could be able to make waves in teams like HR.

A dark horse in most tier 2 tournaments but won't become a top tier team until they decide to stop looking for no names and make them into big players and signs established young players to give B1Ad3 something to work with but, that won't happen since they focus on making new talent and selling them

Honestly, never seen a single game but based on their results they could become an MDL threat in the future and maybe make some waves in bigger NA tournaments and possibly small international tourneys

Astralis, North andRenegods.
2018-03-15 22:17
North: Hasn't proven anything in terms of the mertz and Kyaerbye swaps actually helping. Has a strong outlook but overall I don't expect any super deep placings from them. Astralis: With more practice they could become somewhat dominant again but this roster isn't as skilled as the one they had when they won their major Renegades: With some changes they could be a top 15 team. They need a proper IGL and someone who can fit their playstyle and support Nifty so he can do focus on AWPing. I hope so cuz they the Detroit Renegods and I'm from Michigan.

BIg Sprout
2018-03-15 22:44
BIG: Needs to work on their skill if they want to stay in high tier events. Great IGL and great potential with tiziaN but also should look into replacements for nex Sprout: Really needs to work on getting better players. They aren't a good team at all for what events they attend but with a bit of tweeking and roster changes they could do good. IMO combine their rosters in a German shuffle and send off the remaining players to make their own roster that'll be the German nV
2018-03-15 22:53
FOR me it would be perfect with Gobb IGL Syrson Awp nex Lurk Spiidi Support TABSEN Entry
2018-03-15 22:58
I think tiziaN for support and innocent as lurk or entry would be good as everyone is a good player there. Spiidi is just well, possibly one the worst players to make it big honestly. No other way to put it. Not trying to disrespect Germany but Spiidi is just honestly terrible quite often. yes this game is a year ago but still just a way to express my opinion, yours may differ but that's life. hltv.org/matches/2307535/mousesports-vs-..
2018-03-15 23:03
I wouldn’t put innocent in because i don’t think he can speak german right ? But yeah I also thord about maybe Tizian but I think Spiidi is right now getting better and better
2018-03-16 06:21
Spiidi has been playing fairly consistent but I don't imagine he would play any better. I think Innocent speaks basic German and they play matches in German but practice in English similar to what mixwell said he may be doing with G2
2018-03-16 21:32
Gambit
2018-03-15 23:34
GAMBIT: With a proper IGL and better strats they could go back to being a top 10 team and not play in MDL but even with this current roster they will still struggle against higher teams
