How is it that where I have 2800 hours on CS:GO and 100+ hours on other games, and when I solo-queue I still get paired with someone with 66 hours on CS:GO? It also doesn't help that CS:GO switches me to Trust Factor every time I start to queue.

Yeah it sucks, I tried it a few times and then decided to go back to prime 'cause there were so many 10-100h guys (both smurfs and obvious cheaters).

Don't. From my experience it's a sugar-coated way of saying non-Prime. It is also automatically set there by default.

Yeah this was the logic of valve programmers: Lets create a system where people are matched against others of same trust factorness. Trust factor is only affected by how many times you were reported from overwatch, and how many people thought you were cheating from those reports... not any other factor whatsoever. Some intern at valve asked: "but people who never played have never been reported and will have the same trust factor as people who have thousand hours and have also never been reported! Senior dev then said: "oh look at this new Artifact card we are developing!!!" The intern said: "but can people at least use prime together with trust factor?" Senior dev then said: "oh look at the changes I made to the Negev, super cool right? LOL" Intern: "..."
