So in the start Feb, i've made a post, where i wrote about my change - losing 10kg in around 1 month.
It was a big step in right way, and i decided to continue it
So here i am. Since that time i've lost another 6kg (16kg overall) which is a good result, because my diet was a little bit shaky (i ate couple of fast foods, cookies, ice creams etc. from time to time, or i just ate more than usual)
The only thing i didnt change is water. I drink it everyday, usually over 2l per day, sometimes i drink coffe or tea w/o sugar just to get more energy in the morning
I still dont do any exercises (im not counting sport in school or going outside to play ball), but since the temperature in the morning is getting higher and hiher - im thinking about jogging 2-3 times/week.
From 187/98kg went to 187/82-83 and a lot of people see the change, so do I. I've got a lot less pimps on my face, the face itself is just thinner overall and i've also lost of fat in stomach area.
I am really proud of myself, im going to lose 5kg more until the Holiday starts and i will be done.
