So in the start Feb, i've made a post, where i wrote about my change - losing 10kg in around 1 month. It was a big step in right way, and i decided to continue it So here i am. Since that time i've lost another 6kg (16kg overall) which is a good result, because my diet was a little bit shaky (i ate couple of fast foods, cookies, ice creams etc. from time to time, or i just ate more than usual) The only thing i didnt change is water. I drink it everyday, usually over 2l per day, sometimes i drink coffe or tea w/o sugar just to get more energy in the morning I still dont do any exercises (im not counting sport in school or going outside to play ball), but since the temperature in the morning is getting higher and hiher - im thinking about jogging 2-3 times/week. From 187/98kg went to 187/82-83 and a lot of people see the change, so do I. I've got a lot less pimps on my face, the face itself is just thinner overall and i've also lost of fat in stomach area. I am really proud of myself, im going to lose 5kg more until the Holiday starts and i will be done. AMA

dont go hard on yourself. if you are comfortable with your weight just try to stabilize it. At start you are drop some kgs by even drinking water, later on its alot harder. Imo theres no real point to go lower than 70 or even 75.

I am eating either scrambled eggs w dark bread or cornflakes for breakfast, for dinner - it depends, sometimes i eat soup, but sometimes i eat kebab xD, and for supper i eat same shit i eat for breakfast. Idk, im not counting them but i usually eat <2000kcal per day or so i think I am eating 3 meals per day and im doing fine tbh

10kgs in a month is not healthy. 4kgs a month is as extreme a healthy loss as you should ever try for. 2 lbs a week is what high end diets that limit caloric intake to the daily minimums target, and that's WITH exercise included. My point is, the loss is not typical, and can be detrimental if you don't slow it down, add muscle and protein into your diet, and look long term. You'll end up hurting yourself long term if you don't. Obviously, if you're significantly overweight, then the typical 4kgs won't apply initially, but will later on if you continue to lose.

Exactly how I do it every ~2 years (gain 25kg eating pizza every day, lose 25kg), saving working out/gym/jogging until now and losing some weight without it first is great too, means that when you stop losing weight, you can start on that and see results again. You'll be in time before summer too, naiz Biggest retard mistake fat ppl who want to lose weight always make is going from 0 to 5 days in the gym without just eating well first, you won't ever keep that up.

Good job mate, only 1 thing if you are cutting fat extremely hard ( what it seems to me) you need to be careful, u can easily bounce back, if you are trying to lose weight: 1.keep yourself hydrated. 2.exercise progressively. 3.until you understand diets (wich is not easy I did all kind of stupid shit). Keep it simple low carbs low fat. I'm trying to get some weight I'm at 80kg/186 (13% body fat), last month 1.5kg. Keep it up bra!

If you want to put some weight ( I guess u mean muscle), there is a lot of techniques, the same thing is not going to work for everyone. But if you are a "hard gainer" I don't recommended you to extremely cut fat. I can only say that people complain all the time about weight but usually they just don't put the work needed. I don't know about you personally but if you can tell me about your lifestyle (rest, exercise, food) I can share what I've learn.

Yeah your bf will get lower, but the easiest way to lose weight is cardio (running specifically). Also note if you do the same work out (say run 5k 3 times a week) your body will get used to it, you'll see a large drop in weight over a short space and then it will start to even out so try to mix it up (maybe jog once a week, do sprints another day, or maybe run for 2 minutes, walk for 30 seconds etc) to keep the weight loss going. Keep in mind, if you start going to the gym, as you lose weight you'll also build muscle so while you may appear to be losing less weight, you are still infact losing bf you're just replacing it with muscle.

I stopped doing sport when i was 11yo (now im 17) bcs i had an accitend which prevented me from doing any sport-like activity. I was just sitting home, i was eating a lot, and ive been doing it for couple of years bcs i was used to it for a long time. Now i decided to change it and here i am - lost around 16kg.
