How to improve

Im stuck on the same skill level. Im already level 10 on faceit but i feel like i reached my peek and cant get any better than this which is nothing anywhere near what i want. I do my part most of the time on pugs but i can rarely be the guy winning the game single handedly. Im a decent player but im not improving shit. Any tips?

Practice aim more, watch pro CS, watch your own demos, watch youtube videos, etc

i already watch a lot of pro cs, i think i need to stop changing my settings
2018-04-24 01:13
that would also help a lot
2018-04-24 01:15
i didnt change settings for 13 years, especially sensitivity, its in my muscle memory
2018-04-24 12:12
damn, idk man i always get the urge to change settings
2018-04-24 12:13
you must feel 100% sure its the right sensitivity, i also changed for years before, but then i stopped best is to try to go to aim map and hit headshot on longest distances, if you can hit head everywhere, your sensitivity is good at the same time, you should be able to do 180

Just keep playing... Practice and perseverance pays off in the long run. If you maintain a training schedule like the professionals do (10-12 hours per day), play with some friends, attempt to participate in ESEA S rank/FPL Challenger leagues, you'll eventually understand the game more and more. Skill doesn't have a limit or just stop, it's raw, gifted talent or trained experience. It also doesn't just dissipate either, it can be absent, but it's like riding a bike in many cases.

Motivational, thank you Jonty.

When will people finally understand that with CS is like with any other sport? Sometimes you just can't be better. Not everyone can be a footballer, singer etc etc

Watch the demos of other Level 10 games, maybe you will learn something to overcome them with their own tactica or counters

shoot head
