Always when I'll play a competitive match, first I join a casual match to see "how is my day"... If I play well the casual match, then I enter a competitive room, if not, I continue on casual room.
I also thought like you, I tried to have coffee before the matches, play early, play later, play after giving me a "relaxed treatement" (if you understand me xD)... But none of this is constant, it always varies.
So, the best thing to do is... Test "how is your day" in a casual room before joining a competitive.

Yeah that shits happens to me all the time. Like some days I feel extra comfy and I feel I can co-ordinate my mouse very well. Then I get those days where I dont feel comfortable moving my mouse, and I can't aim for shit, missing easy shots and all that.
Try to remain calm and relaxed in every situation
1) Are you making money from playing? If not - why the fuck do you need consistency?
2) Look at NiKo, rain, SuNny, fer - are they consistent? When even pros can't be consistent - then why should you?
People are inconsistent, sometimes you hit shots sometimes you dont, its human
You, most likely, are a "night owl". Don't play CS in the morning then.
Everything is in your brain. That's all you need to know.

Things that actually offer real benefits:
New mouse (if old one is terrible)
100 FPS instead of 30
Not eating before playing
Not drinking caffeine
The last one is controversial considering how much energy drink companies are trying to market their products for gamers, but I really believe that they'll either make no difference at all or actually make you play worse if you're sensitive to caffeine. I've tested it a lot on myself and it definitely makes me play a lot worse.
I always go to brutal's only hs AIM server atleast 100kills there than go to an execute, retake servers without this routine I always play like shit. Also I notice sometimes a lean too back and its actually affects aiming for me
same for the seat to high/low and the monitor
Exercise. A short jog or brisk walk. Also a full stomach and make sure you're hydrated.
