May Allah make it easy for you for Ramadhan brothers. Where will you be fasting and how many hours? For me its roughly 13 hours. Sleep at 5am and wake up at 10am.

Info: It does not change anything if you are fasting or not. Well, except that it is unhealthy to do so maybe.

It's pretty popular in some places, even outside of religious practiced. youtube.com/watch?v=4AA-vCRcrS4
2018-05-13 15:52
fasting does alot be it mayb in a religious or just for your body. u clean ur whole organs from all the toxins u have been consuming.
2018-05-15 11:51
+1
2018-05-15 11:56
"get rid of toxins in a body" = bullshit, in 99.99% of cases. Fasting sure has some benefits, but it does "clean organs from all toxins". Like seriously, you do not have to google it just think about it for 5 seconds to realise it is a bullshit.
2018-05-15 12:44
fasting fully cleans ur gut which is an organ so ye hes not that wrong. i think ur just not educated enough to know this.
2018-05-15 12:50
I honestly can not even argue against this logic. You are insanely stupid person.
2018-05-15 13:10
news.mit.edu/2018/fasting-boosts-stem-ce.. news.usc.edu/63669/fasting-triggers-stem.. you were saying ps: and thats just stem cell and immune system research.
2018-05-15 13:25
Irrelevant. Next.
2018-05-15 13:28
You and your low IQ are irrelevant.
2018-05-15 14:13
That is actually true. But that does not change a fact about fasting not getting rid of toxins. I see that you are our of arguments so you have to use insults. Anyway, good conversation. Have a nice day,
2018-05-15 14:23
it actually does. but not completely. so technically yes it does get rid of some toxins.
2018-05-17 12:55
well technically taking a shit does get rid of some toxins.
2018-05-17 13:13
yes so its not bullshit :)
2018-05-17 13:20
well in that case is it completely irrelevant because with that logic literally everything you do "gets rid of toxins". Even blinking.
2018-05-17 14:01
Lol, half a day does nothing to clean the body. Especially if you at night put the same or worse shit in your body again. Bro science at it's best.
2018-05-15 12:49
i dont talk about ramdan i talk about fasting in general.
2018-05-15 12:50
lol even doctors recommend it for some diseases . it's healthy if done properly and stuff
2018-05-15 11:55
fast 1 week is gonna restart ur body to default settings they say
2018-05-15 12:12
if you use your brain a little bit , the stomach is working 24/7 for 12 month , 1 month not using it fully can make you clean from lot of toxicity
2018-05-15 12:28
Then stop using your brain and use google. google.sk/search?q=fasting+gets+rid+of+t..
2018-05-15 12:45
haha google, its literally controlled by the ppl that want to depopulate the earth :D
2018-05-15 12:52
Man, where do you guys came from? So many dumb people in this thread that it is not even funny. If you do not trust millions of different sources on google, who do you trust? Your local fucking priest? Your tv news? Who? Tell me please.
2018-05-15 13:09
im talking from experience i did many times 2 - 3 days fast and my body for sure reduced the acid level and returned to a more alkaline. i even got it recommended by my doctor but ye who is he to speak about this. when ur the master of brainwashed kids :d
2018-05-15 13:18
I am not even gonna address your "own experience" because it is irrelevant. Your doctor recommendation is based on STUDIES which you can, to your surprise, find on internet. Woah, mind blown right.

2018-05-15 11:46
Yes hindus keep fasts on lots of auspicious days
2018-05-15 11:48
what are auspicious days? and how do you fast? I know my christian(and catholic?) friends fast for like good friday but can still drink
2018-05-15 15:23
Fast in hindus is like no carb products fruits n milk is allowed auspicious days like there are god's days which my grandma used to say r auspicious and many more similar
2018-05-15 15:24
ah I see thanks! I know few hindhu friends but never seen them fasting :O
2018-05-15 15:25
Yea I never fast but someday like when my grandpa died the whole family has to fast like giveup good things in life and mourn his death by fasting as it symbolizes a simple diet of fruits Like only for one day
2018-05-15 15:27
Very interesting outlook on life, may we have more understanding with one another.
2018-05-15 15:29
Yea everything is same its just slight different way to do things an i all we all gonna go down to dirt be it hindu muslim or Christian
2018-05-15 15:30
It's not even real fasting when you can feast every evening after sun set.
2018-05-15 11:49
If you live in Europe thats at least 16 hours without food n water, even more if you lived in scandanavia. Also fasting isn't just about abstaining one's desire for food, it also asks us to not to be angry, don't back bite, don't lie, don't argue, don't say bad words etc. Those who fast yet still do this will regret it because they their reward will not be counted. I wonder what is real fasting though.
2018-05-15 11:55
All natural things you should not do anyway. I never understand why people need religious rules to be a nice person.

Because everyone needs religion and believe in god
2018-05-15 12:00
Apparently that is not true.
2018-05-15 12:04
you do, mustafa. I dont.
2018-05-15 14:26
Yes its usually bad things to do but the emphasis is strengthened during this holy month. It's about asking oneself to change for the better and have that motivation to do so as the rewards are also quadrapled and easier to do because the devils are locked in chains. People need religion because God guides people for their best well being.
2018-05-15 12:01
When you stop believing in devils, they stop existing.
2018-05-15 12:12
so you not believing in any of that, like god etc?
2018-05-15 12:47
id like for you to say that to the population of Somalia, North Korea, ex soviet era citizens. evil and good exist in this world (as we perceive it) and no matter how shameful it may be. moreover, you have to acknowledge that humans aren't innately good or evil but rather adapt to their surroundings and since we live in a harsh world and the majority of the population aren't highly intelligent or even have a particularly progressive morality; succumbing to amorality is very easy as it is often an easier method of gaining what you want. i think you can only apply atheism to certain societies, for without religion/god basic forms of humanity will just revert to being animals without the fear of something beyond ourselves. the ability to believe in something beyond ourselves is really the only defining feature of mankind (it is the basis for our current financial world, a company is literally a conception that becomes an individual under law). admittedly, religion can lead people astray as much as no religion. but it is ignorant to dismiss the relation between religion and Europe's current state as the most 'progressive' continent in the world.
2018-05-15 12:49
Somalia suffers from religious extremism, North-Korea suffers from pseudo-religious extremism, similarly to the Soviet Union of Stalin. I'm only sayng that being a good person comes from yourself and not from religious laws or laws in general.

Yeah nice Now just breathe for 8hrs n then don't breathe at all for 16hrs for your god

Drinking water is not the same as breathing. Just because you need both to live, doesn't mean you need to be doing both consistently to stay conscious.

2018-05-15 12:48
just do a full 3 day juice mixed with water fast and u will have better benefits on your body. theres no point not eating for 30 days half a day and at night u eat like a mongoloid everything u see.-

so you can eat as much as you'd like after the sun goes down?
2018-05-15 16:19
yes but its discouraged(overeating) because you need to go and perform prostration prayers right after so if you eat a lot you tend to pass gas, need to go toilet and just make your body heavier and anxious, not to mention your breathe smells next to someone due to burping lol. Best way is to eat a balanced meal.
2018-05-15 16:23
how can ppl be triggered so hard of another person belief? like lets be serious if this guys want to starv and thirst to death for half a day for 29-30 days a month who cares. its your life do what u think is right and not. there is no such thing as judgement when u die. all this shit here has 0 meaning u die ur gone do the best of it eat all the unhealthy food until u die if it makes u happy fast until u die if it makes u happy.

Then what is the point of ramadan if people can do it outside of ramadan ?
2018-05-17 12:16
Good question. During ramadhan there is a high emphasis on changing oneself and performing good deeds, because everything is multiplied. To do good deeds that are otherwise difficult for some because we believe during ramadhan is a month of forgiveness and allows us to be more motivated to perform such actions to please God. We also believe the devils are chained and thus no excuse should be given why we are not turning to God and changing for the better. It's a great opportunity for anyone who's struggling with life. aboutislam.net/muslim-issues/america/70-..
