Razer is pure shit, overpriced as hell. You should by Corsair if one of them, there's also this one from Fnatic: shop.fnatic.com/products/rush-pro-gaming.. It's cheap and offers the same quality as both of the Keyboards you linked...

I have Razer blackwidow tournament stealth edition. Worked fine, still works, but after about one year of usage, some keys often double click, which is super annoying and sometimes could make important mistakes, like i have to fill some excel sheets with financial numbers and having double click happen and me not recognizing is a rather big mistake. So wouldn't recommend. Next time i would personally buy some logitech mechanical keyboard probably, since theirs products have yet to disappoint - always great quality.
