post the workout plan. If it does not contain at least squat/bench then drop it. Do not make your own. reddit.com/r/Fitness/wiki/recommended_ro..
2018-05-16 21:51
+1. Started with Greyskull LP for 3 months before switching to the reddit PPL and gains are still plenty
2018-05-17 20:04
i am using modified reddit ppl. 99% of the time trainers in my gym are doing some stupid shit with their clients. 30 minute stretching, no compound exercises, only machines, no progression, shit form etc. I have seen a trainer teaching 12yo girl benching with legs in the air... Like why would you do that
2018-05-17 20:18
yup, same shit here with the so called "personal trainers". They don't teach them useful exercises or proper form. They have them doing dumb movements instead of squat/deadlift/bench/ohp
2018-05-17 22:44
Follow it for like 2 months, if nothing is improving then google.
2018-05-16 21:51
Yes that's the plan. I'm a beginner so i do a fullbody workout at the beginning
2018-05-16 21:55
Do results show that fast? I've never worked out but I always thought it took years..
2018-05-16 23:12
If you look really closely maybe

they might not show on your body, but you'll notice a rather quick increase in weights you'll be able to lift
2018-05-17 07:48
Oh that makes alot of sense. I suppose subtle changes to just your usual lifestyle would show you the some results too. Like feeling alot more awake or energized in the morning I imagine.
2018-05-17 10:35
do that workout plan for like 3 months than tell him to change ur training routine :)
2018-05-16 21:53
Ok ty 👍
2018-05-16 21:55
btw forggot to say i did full body too for like the first 3 weeks than i changed it :)
2018-05-16 22:53
Can you see results in this time? If i'll eat good & train properly?

Actually in first 2 months you will gain most weight. I got about 10kg
2018-05-17 17:08
Lol. I am happy to hear that. Have you trained full body in the first 2 month? And have you been a skinny faggot like i am now?

Well I was 181 and like 70kg, 1st month I did only dumbells exercises for upper body, then 2nd month I start with gym but always different routine so you shock the muscle every time (only upper body as well, cuz i have geneticly strong legs and thin waist so i try to make balance). But just as training is important so is rest&food Try to get enoug protein for your body (1lb=1g protein) and whey powder after training is very important. btw. It's about your genetic, you may gain more or less.
2018-05-17 19:52
yes, and most likely u need to eat meat (doesnt matter which type of meat) ... and u need to stop eating chips cause its not that good for ur body.. :)

Follow it, everyone thinks they know more than trainers . A decent trainer would never ever put squats and deadlifts in a novices program. Often I'm conditioning and working on mobility/stability depending on the clients needs well before compound lifts. Full body 3 days a week for the first couple months will suffice!
2018-05-17 07:45
fk tht do ur own research and workout, trainers r fkn scam and they suck ass
2018-05-17 08:01
How is it a scam if i don't pay for the service?

fuck this plan and their mother, just do following: 3x Benchpress 2x Deadlift 2x Lat (there are some decent machines for lat but you can also do cable pulldown) 2x Legs (Legpress, later if you are advanced you can do squats) 2x Shoulderpress 2x Dips (if you suck ass at dips, you can work with cable for your triceps) 2x Biceps (EZ Curl Bar or Dumbbells)
2018-05-17 10:19
Am a beginner. I should start with fullbody wo's

this is my full body plan, imo split plans don't make much sense unless you want to start bodybuilding seriously with roids and shit, full body plan is more than enough to build a strong physique
2018-05-17 13:29
with that plan you dont even feel like u've been at the gym

dips are overated excercise which will fucked up your shoulders... Even more for beginners... If you dont know how to do dips properly, dont do them.
2018-05-18 10:18
bullshit dips are very good exercise with your body mass.
2018-05-18 10:19
with your body mass, yes and its really great excercise to fuck up your shoulder if you dont have correct technique, because there is too much pressure on your shoulder rotator... And lot of gamer have already fucked up right shoulder because their shoulder's elevator and other fixators dont work properly...

2018-05-17 10:19

2018-05-17 10:29

If you are a beginner then yes stick to it for now
2018-05-17 12:11
I never talked to any personal trainer tbh. I always do my stuff and it works great for me. You can learn everything in the internet. I eat whatever I want, I go to the gym 3-4 times/week for last 6 years or smth. And I love to do morning/evening jogging. I feel like im doing pretty good job as a person who never asked for help with training etc. I can see my abs since 2013 so its ok ;d
2018-05-17 12:19
post a pic of ur body
2018-05-17 17:48
if he is trusted you can trust him.. I do my own food and my training.
2018-05-17 13:31
A real Rainer does not work out, he just talks about doing so.
2018-05-17 13:35
I did knife throwing and karate in the past but i am already a god in it so i have to start a different sport and master it
2018-05-17 21:52

When i was a beginner i just looked around me and tried stuff that other big dudes did , however i can say from own experience that you should definitely start with compound lifts early , fuck the weight early on and just learn how to properly execute the lifts and improve over time , honestly if ur completely new to working out , stick with 3-4 days of training and take a couple of days of every week to let ur body adjust. It takes time , dont compare yourself to these fitness gods on yt , alot of them are using steroids and have trained for several years. Goodluck buddy , sleep big , eat big , dont be afraid to gain weight!
2018-05-17 22:58
ofc he should be afraid to gain weight, look at guardian he doesn't care about it and see how he looks. if ur body fat is like 20%, dont do the mass.
2018-05-18 10:10
...ui
2018-05-18 10:10
throw the fucking plan away and just start benching already

Workout plans in my gym are crap.. they make you go only 3 days a week so workout for around 1h only... You want muscle, look good? Go 6 days a week, make your own workout plan and work hard morning and evening
2018-05-18 13:09
your muscles need time to regenerate, you can't do workout 6days a week... im doing full body workout every 3-2 days and i have nice results.

Use protein, eat a lot and healthy and have 6-8 hours sleep.. work everyday 2 different muscles groups and hit the same muscle group only 2-3 days later.. You can lie to your self to avoid gym with going 2-3 day per week, it's just up to you what is your goal..
