Follow it, everyone thinks they know more than trainers . A decent trainer would never ever put squats and deadlifts in a novices program. Often I'm conditioning and working on mobility/stability depending on the clients needs well before compound lifts. Full body 3 days a week for the first couple months will suffice!

2x Legs (Legpress, later if you are advanced you can do squats)
2x Dips (if you suck ass at dips, you can work with cable for your triceps)
2x Biceps (EZ Curl Bar or Dumbbells)

I always do my stuff and it works great for me. You can learn everything in the internet.
I eat whatever I want, I go to the gym 3-4 times/week for last 6 years or smth.
And I love to do morning/evening jogging.
I feel like im doing pretty good job as a person who never asked for help with training etc. I can see my abs since 2013 so its ok ;d

When i was a beginner i just looked around me and tried stuff that other big dudes did , however i can say from own experience that you should definitely start with compound lifts early , fuck the weight early on and just learn how to properly execute the lifts and improve over time , honestly if ur completely new to working out , stick with 3-4 days of training and take a couple of days of every week to let ur body adjust. It takes time , dont compare yourself to these fitness gods on yt , alot of them are using steroids and have trained for several years. Goodluck buddy , sleep big , eat big , dont be afraid to gain weight!

Workout plans in my gym are crap.. they make you go only 3 days a week so workout for around 1h only... You want muscle, look good? Go 6 days a week, make your own workout plan and work hard morning and evening
