"Did I offend the mentally ill by putting anime watchers and weaboos in the same category? Maybe I shouldnt have done that. Thats a really harsh insults towards the mentally ill. I apologize mentally ill people of hltv!"
Maybe? Of course you shouldn't have! There is no logical to assume those who enjoy anime to be mentally ill. Apology accepted, but was it really a noteworthy apology?
"You are pulling the classic "You are offending people" card. People choose to be offended by my post. Its not my fault they get offended by it. I could even get offended by the reply you wrote back to me but im not offended at all."
I agree because logically you are correct in a subjective fashion. However it is by the discretion of those who see your post as offensive, which I strongly do given just how arrogantly illogical it is. You obviously have never known or treated mentally ill people before, let alone effervescently accuse others of being mentally ill just for enjoying a cartoon. The difference being I would never offend anyone, whether implied or not because I know common sense and the laws of logic.
"I did explain why I dispise people who watch anime. Its because they are weak minded/troubled minded or whatever you want to call it. I generally have bad experiences with people who watch anime irl."
No you didn't. You assumed the worst illogically, providing no actual reason as to why you'd even assume such preposterous allegations. Those experiences also that of your own, you could've worded your original reply more kinder, subjective, kinder or simply explained more clearly as to why, in your eyes, enjoying anime is not a good thing. No... you chose to instantly insult everyone mentally ill with a piss-poor excuse.
"I doubt alot of mentally ill people browse the hltv forums but if they do then I apologize for putting them in the same category as ppl who watch anime."
The illogicality of anime aside, this is a genuine apology unlike the aforementioned. I believe you in no way meant this and given your experiences, I can understand why you'd assume so. I will let you know as of right now however, watching a cartoon or playing a computer game doesn't change people or turn them into serial killers. If they were bad people after watching anime, they were bad people beforehand. Entertainment and procrastination is a healthy thing to indulge in, it doesn't affect the mind apart from keep it occupied, possible to the point of obsession, but prior to a "healthy addiction" colloquially.
Have a good day. I apologise if my aforementioned posts were harsh or strong, but what choice did I have? I remember how amazing you were to speak with on HLTV, then I see posts like these combining anime and the mentally ill in a distasteful amalgamation.
What happened to the "weeabooslayer420" I knew?
