so, when im on CS:GO with my ts3 open, csgo reduces the TS3 audio substantially, any solutions?

its a setting in windows7 Control Panel > Sound > Communication Tab > "When windows detects communication activity" set it to "Do Nothing" it defaults to: Reduce the volume of other sounds by 80%.
