World PartyHard
I'd really appreciate if a handsome, bilingual descendant of the glorious Ottoman nation translated this song for me: youtube.com/watch?v=dDzbfoRtqME Lyrics in Turkish: genius.com/Duman-aman-aman-lyrics Thanks in advance

i won't cuz you said "ottoman nation" ottoman is a family name. not a nation -_-

hey, thanks! even though >The author of this project is Nelly Asher, sci-fi writer, a rationally artistic married person from Kharkov, Ukraine the translations are actually credible; also I'm loving Turkish so far - the language looks really expressive

no problem brotherman. yes, Turkish language is underrated af. Where are u from btw?

Kiev :P

Nice, man. It's actually strange that you are interested in our language. if i was an Ukranian i would probably hate Turks.( if we think about the ones who came to your country)
2018-06-22 10:03
that's ancient history, these days to follow the stereotypes you would be hating Ruskies and/or your fellow Ukrainians as for the language - the songs sound great and I instantly realized I could pronounce almost all of the phonemes effortlessly, so I thought I'd take it up as a hobby gonna use duolingo to practice basic stuff for now

You are right. But still, i dislike that stereotype of us badly... Yes,pronunciation may look weird at first but it's easier than indo-european languages. Cool.If something got stuck on your head, you can pm me anytime you want

2018-06-22 10:06
I dont think this song can translate English properly
2018-06-22 09:18
It won't be like turkish if you translate to english cuz it has sayings that you can't translate properly
2018-06-22 10:13
Not exact translation but the closest as possible you ask 'where does she go away by herself' who knows how can you keep your silence everytime you shoot a line without knowing (the truth) time passes like water flows you've bummed around aman aman you've sung around aman aman time, you've saddened us more and more you've written then crossed out aman aman you were only a thin mark aman aman you made us shape up, time also while escaping and breaking a new ground while struggling not to sink 'til the bottom of the suffering while keeping everything to yourself and walking away on your way time passes like water flows there is no word in english for replace "aman".
