All of my friends smoke, especially the ones of the university... And where there is a lot of stress it gets more difficult, but as I said u before, it's a mental thing my friend, and I did it so I'm pretty sure that u can do it too
The best advice that I can give u, is that u need to look what things u win once u quit smoking. I will put u my example
Now I have more money, I don't smell bad, I feel with more energy, I look better, my teeths aren't getting yellowish and more things for sure
But the main reason is that I always wanted to go to the gym, because I'm not a bad looking guy, but I'm skinny af, and obiously no one can work out smoking
Other important part as I said u before is the mental thing, if u think in cigarretes u will want to smoke, so first of all don't think about it and second thing see them as a bad thing, that will help you
Last but not least, u need to be determinated, I meant, I started once I knew that I wasn't going to fail, so if u are not sure, keep smoking for a while, but in that time try to see it as if u were doing something "bad"
