Well, you can surely do some body weight exercises somehow :] And go out running.
Just exercising in general makes you feel a lot better bro! and once you're in the right state of mind you can start doing other stuff which will improve your life :]
All lives with consciousness are sad. Just the fact that we realised we will die and there's no escape should be enough for people to admit that all lives are sad. Most are living in a bubble, escaping the reality, but that won't change the facts.
