Exactly. And we have to mention daily activity here, too. If you do any sports or physical work (so you are physicly active), you can't get along with 1 meal a day.

haha pls do some research. bcaa contains less protein. one intake is like 10g max if you want to increase your overall daily intake the best is a vegan protein. amino acids are useless.

there are 21 amino acids. 9 of them are for muscle synthesis. BCAA has only 3. If you only took bcaa, you would lose muscle. Food / whey has all 21 amino acids, thats why whey > bcaa. You do not know shit about diet. End of discussion.

It is very stupid! You normally can't eat enough in one sitting to get through an entire day and even if you do, your body isn't made to store all the energy you're ingesting in such a short notice. That's where diabetus get's a problem real fast, and i'm just telling you about one of the problems seeing as there are many more i can think of.
