It is very stupid! You normally can't eat enough in one sitting to get through an entire day and even if you do, your body isn't made to store all the energy you're ingesting in such a short notice.
That's where diabetus get's a problem real fast, and i'm just telling you about one of the problems seeing as there are many more i can think of.
4 hot meals a day is better
And how will you reach all the macronutrients you need?
I recommend at least 2 meals
you dont have enough room to fit all the needed calories in one meal.
