36 inside my workplace. My boss asked why I didn't produce by the budget, and I told her that I cant work in the heat that is 6 degrees above what is allowed. There is ok to be 30+ for a few days if it is rarely happening. but this has been for 2 weeks, 33C has been the lowest for me in 2 weeks. Working with production at one of swedens biggest wooden producer.

I feel you man ... seriously no one should work in that kind of environment. I really hope your boss understands you :/ tbh my brain is like fucked in this weather. I went down to the basement which is about 18 degrees and I like unlocked 5 new brains xD
2018-07-25 17:44

i can handle the heat better in other countries then my own cause of the the humidity if there are temps that hit the 30 we cant breath normally we breath very heavy . And if i am in Tenerife for example there is no problem .
2018-07-27 13:08
If its above 35°C and your workplace doesnt provide an AC or something you can go home (here in germany).
2018-07-25 18:11
The problem is that we have 2 ACs, one in the office for the sellers and bosses, and one in our lunchroom, which we only has 25 min lunch in.. It's so dusty there and I imagine that, that is the problem why we cant have Ac or any fans.. It feels like if you are sitting in a car with windows closed and car off xd Still has to work..

Why don't you just tell your boss that you and your colleagues can't work in theses conditions and you'll be back once the office is under 30C° ?
2018-07-26 11:54
I'm just a consultan, has been there whole this year but im moving on to machine-operative work in september ^^ My say is non-existing.. she tells us to take Resorb and drink much water.. We would be without salary if we wouldn't work no mather how hot it is.. and i would get fired from my consultant mission there ^^

dude there's trade unions for a reason and the heat is for everyone. tell them what happenend or happens, do it anonymously. if theres some sort of middleman between company and trade union tell him about it before.
2018-07-27 14:19
Everyone knows bout it. I talked to our safety handler at work and he said that it is what it is, and then i talked to my consultant boss that is somewhere else, and she also says that we should take it with the company we are at haha.. And on the news they say that it has been a shit ton of people calling the work enviroment office to ask if it is even OK, but yeah, drink water and take a few more breaks.. lol
2018-07-27 18:38
I HAVE BETTER THINGS TO DO, Like.. being on hltv all day insted of work.

The part above the blue line RARELY get over 30C/86F, and it's not uncommon that you go years without reaching this tempature, which is why you would normally not have invested in such equipment. imgur.com/a/4irIWE0 Now it have been 20+ in countries like Denmark since medio april, which means for over 3 months...... 33C today...... :'(
2018-07-25 16:39
ACs really just aren't a thing in most EU countries, as other people explained the temperatures don't get too high so they really aren't justified in that sense and the temperatures only last like 2 months if it gets hot like it has now.

Are you stupid? Read what humidity does with temperate together. Then compare Nordic countries humidity with Instanbul. High temperatures in example, dubai, are nothing compared to high temperature in nordic
2018-07-26 07:36
You are a bit confused , also Konstantinoupol and Dubai have these degrees at night too , there is going to 18-19 degrees at noght . Its nor coparable anyway . Also i doubt that humidity is higher there
2018-07-26 10:08
Come to Finland and you will notice it yourself. Our 70-80% humidity makes this weather feel shit. My apartment doesnt have cooling but I have air condition so my humidity is fairly low. There I have +30C inside but it doesnt feel too bad with low humidity. When I come work, +30c inside our office but no AC, we have high humidity it feels instantly shit without fan blowing you dry.
2018-07-26 10:53
You have to order to your job to buy A/C Its nothing for them and will help the workers to do their job easier.
2018-07-26 10:57
We have AC Machine but they are just huge lie, it helps 0. Doing A/C To building cost atleast 70k euros for this building.

But you don't have employees organizations there to demand it ? Ofc bosses they will see only their pockets , but if employee organization say put them or we stop for 1 week , then damage for them will be double , so they will put A/ C in 3 days

When ever I say I hate the summer here people look at me like I’m retarded, they ask “why do you live in Texas if you don’t like the heat” how can anyone like 42 Celsius.

No we don't We live in the tempered weather zone or what you call it (don't know about you) but it usually never is this hot, only in recent like three years. When I grew up here the summers were 25 max normally, now max is 35 apparently. Atm warmer weather than the tropical weather zones, nice!

Lol well I can understand that! I enjoyed it in the beginning but really the only reason I’m hating summer so much now is because I can’t sleep in the heat. Of course, invest in AC and my problem is solved but like that isn’t even a thing here

Well they would still do that “outbirth” thing in Syria or whatever country. I mean, the same numbers would remain across the globe. So doesn’t really matter where it happens, except that some argue culture is being “destroyed”
2018-07-29 11:28
You are right. Also if your succesful in integrating them, they will eventually adopt similar "birthing patterns". You have twice as many immigrants per capita as Denmark, and even we have problems properly integrating those people. But when Sweden takes in that many, it doesn't just hit Sweden. Malmo is closer to our capital than your own, and trust me, we see how your government fucked up, every day.
