I used to drink 1 liter of cow milk per 1 day or maybe 2 . But its cancer , i have a feeling of cum on my throat plus the abuse of cows , literaly we use them prisoned just for milk.Ive switched to plant milk or w/e its called , tastes better , same or even more nutriments and i did my part to stop that animal abuse thing.I still eat meat tho , not mad vegan

the farms i get my milk from the cows milk themselves, when they feel ready they go to the milking room and robots attatch the suckers atomatically. Just because animals are treated like dirt in greence doesnt mean they are here.

I'm the opposite. I can drink a can of Monster or something and it won't do anything. But when I drink coffee, I feel energetic and awake.

Usually, that is the sugar-comedown, occurs about an hour or so after consuming sugary beverages/foods.

Coffee all the way . Energy drinks are pure cancer for your body . Doctors can approve even 3 coffees per day (Ofc depends on the type of the coffee).Stay way from Red Bull etc , i was addict when i used to work on internet cafe / night shifts
2018-08-11 04:05
"Doctors can approve even 3 coffees per day" Coffee has been studied _a lot_. Doctors don't "approve" 3 cups a day but several studies have shown that from 3 up to even 5 cups a day is actually very healthy. Coffee has a lot of health benefits.

Apologies if i didnt type that correctly but i have to confess (due to my job) doctors and especially cardiovascular surgeons confirms/suggest that drinking 3 coffees per day benefits your heart a lot.It wasnt just a random artictle that i read somewhere.Doctors confirmed since i have personal relationships with them the last years due to my job

But still causes your mind to rely on it as a form of "waking up" I never tried it because of that. If it's physically healthy I think it's mentally unhealthy think8ng that the first thing you need when you wake up. It's a drug and becomes dependent.

Hello to you as well . No , you missunderstood my information . Its not that use that doctors approve the coffee for . Not the ''wake up'' effect . It helps your internal organs and especially the heart to maintain . I wish i could find the proper english words to describe it.Its more like lubricate or something like that for your system . Help your body fight the toxins easier and other benefits too.Im drinking 3 coffees per day not because i need them or im addict , they have no effect on me anymore , i can sleep properly .But i use them because i cant keep smoking without drinking anything during the hours i stay on pc

That's a fair point, first thing every single morning for me is 2 cups of coffee. But the dependency is not that heavy tho, caffeine is addictive but for example someone like me who's had coffee every morning for 20 years only get like a bit of a headache if I don't have coffee in a few days and that passes fast.

A can of monster has about the same Caffeine amount as 4.5 cups of coffee, So if you decide to go for some monster you honestly need to stay away from anything else caffeine or sugar related because than it will exceed what you normally should ingest. But if you keep it at 1 can of monster, or 2 cans of redbull a day there's honestly not that much harm to it.

tbh if we go and face the truth that logic is same as if you're going to write "good/bad sides of coffe" and you determine on w/e if its good or not

Depends what what purpose we're talking about but I'm assuming it's for battling sleep and taking that assumption as correct I don't really know. I don't feel too affected by caffeine. Bodies vary, I know people that once they take a cup of coffee from 4pm on they'll struggle to sleep but my dad and I take coffee before going to bed and we're alright. I would say both will cheer you up but neither have the power to stop me from hitting that pillow if I want to, but they'll definitely help if I intend to stay awake for other reasons.

I used to drink shitloads of coffee because of college. Now that I'm relaxed I'm avoiding coffee alltogether, not worth it, made my anxiety way worse. If you really need it to stay awake and alert because of something important, go for it, otherwise don't, stick with orange juice, lul And stay away from energy drinks
2018-08-11 04:31
Coffee: Caffeine boost with an expected life of 6 hours. Personally, I love drinking espresso before playing FPS games. Energy Drinks: Caffeine boost + Sugar boost, larger boost than coffee but will only last you about an hour before you start feeling like you can't focus because of the sugar-comedown. Energy Drinks w/o Sugar: Usually more caffeine than coffee and doesn't give you the dreaded sugar-comedown. Thanks for reading!
2018-08-11 04:34
6 hour half-life meaning if you consume 100mg of caffeine after 6h there will be 50mg left. A lot of people have longer half-life due to genetics

Coffee of course, I drink around 3-5 cups a day. Coffee is delicious and very good for you.
2018-08-11 05:06
neither just splash cold water on ur face
2018-08-11 05:08
Neither. Coffee is habit forming, can't wake up without it. My friend had his left kidney removed from drinking energy drinks. Coffee is healthier but to have a mindset where you can't wake up without it? Why add a burden
2018-08-11 05:24
"My friend had his left kidney removed from drinking energy drinks." lol wtf how long he has been drinking ? 10 years ?
2018-08-11 19:21
He thought he was cool for drinking monster drinks all day everyday literally only took a couple months til he lost the kidney. Shots horrible for you. He was pissing blood
2018-08-11 19:40
Holy shit, i hope he is good now. I drank like 3-4 cans of monster in total and i don't really miss it. Pretty sad that people think stuffing artificial chemicals and preservatives into your body is cool.

Coffee is healthier, but regardless of this, don't overuse it, it can be bad for you in the long term. You can also become addicted to either one of then, so drink wisely, don't make your life dependent on the caffeine, always cultivate good sleeping habits and you should be fine.
2018-08-11 05:33
Yeah, I used to drink very strong coffee like twice a day? Once in the morning and when I got back home. Ended up horribly, needing to go to the washroom every now and then. Now if I drink even the lightest coffee I'll get diarrhea. It sucks but at the same time when I drank it, it definitely was doing more harm to me than good. Got to the point where I'd end up making some just because it tasted good. Not to mention I always used sugar, maybe two teaspoons? I was crazy back then. Switched to ginger green tea.
2018-08-11 07:17

COFFEE IS THE SHIT BRUH IM FUCKING LIT
2018-08-11 05:49
I've never had energy drinks, coffee does the trick but I always need to use the washroom after drinking it. Annoying af. So I stopped it all together. I don't drink either now. Now it's ginger green tea daily. I try for at least once a day. I don't drink it too strong, very light actually or else I have to use the washroom. So I drink maybe half a cup with milk included? And I distance my self from sugar, I used to always add sugar to my tea, now it's gotten to no sugar at all. The tea tastes almost like medicine but I think I'll just get used to it later on.

Coffee for sure. Tastes better, it's healthier and it gives you a more consistent supply of energy throughout the day - what's not to like? When I was 15 I'd probably have answered energy drinks, but now I can't drink them at all. Far too sweet for me and spikes your insulin like crazy.
