stay up all night and all day, space out like 3 cups of coffee/energy drinks to make it through the day (don't go over 400mg of caffeine in 24 hours).
move to a country that has the opposite timezone
Stay up for the whole night (and day) and don't sleep until like 9pm. Set the alarm early for next morning (around 7). Then just go to bed at an early hour (9-10pm). And of course set the alarm for next morning. Repeat.
go to sleep when u feel like it but wake up at a very specific time like 6am. in less than a week you'll naturally start feeling sleepy earlier at the expense of being tired for a few days.
Stay up drinking coffee and let the caffiene crash hit you when you want to sleep OMEGALUL

like others said, you have to stay up until the next day then go to bed early.
edit: also try not to take naps during the day it can mess ur your sleep schedule and you won't be tired at the end of the day.
i stayed up for 76 hours straight before school started and slept 12 hours a day for like a week and it fixed mine
just skip 1 night and you are set
Enjoy a full gaming day until 8pm tonight without sleeping. Go to bed at 9pm and wake up refreshed 7am next morning! Problem solved.
