Not talking about myself I drink coffee like 3 times a week maybe, I mostly only drink water exclusively. Even people who work in office job drink like 5 pots of coffee in their shift, there is like what 100mg in a cup of coffee? Has nothing to do with macho man or none of that childish shit.

Stay up for the whole night (and day) and don't sleep until like 9pm. Set the alarm early for next morning (around 7). Then just go to bed at an early hour (9-10pm). And of course set the alarm for next morning. Repeat.

like others said, you have to stay up until the next day then go to bed early. edit: also try not to take naps during the day it can mess ur your sleep schedule and you won't be tired at the end of the day.
