200$ is actually 14k rub, stop saying bullshit And obviously salaries in Moscow are way higher but I’m talking about Russia in general. And 213$ is exactly an average salary.

Maybe its a satisfactory salary in Russia. Why do you judge?
2018-09-10 19:34
No it’s not Why do you think people keep complaining about their salaries and going to rallies? Because our government is a corrupted shit with bunch of chief morons who steel tons of money literally every single day.
2018-09-10 19:38
The point i'm trying to make is that every country based on its own economics and market has a difference in the living expenses, Maybe $200 in Russia is enough to survive and have a normal life. You cannot say the same if it's $200 in USA. That's not even enough for a week. Maybe $200/2 days is still OK. So it differs from country to country!
2018-09-10 19:44
Did you even read my reply? It’s not enough, not at all. Yeah, it’s possible to survive if you eat the cheapest possible food like Doshirak for example (if you know what that means). And survive is the most situable word since you have to pay bills and it takes like 60% of that 200$ salary.

You probably live in fucking fairy tale. Average salary in Russia is 30.000 rubles or ~430 dollars. And even if you get 200$ it's not that hard to live and if you're considering doshirak as the best cheap food then you're retarded.
2018-09-11 10:52
The government says it’s around 30.000 rubles, yeah, but in reality it’s totally different. Just watch this video and you will understand, unless you’re actually stupid youtube.com/watch?v=I7963HO70pA And the best cheap food? You gotta learn to read properly. Didn’t say anything about Doshirak being the best food. Fucking moron.

*400 was incase i worked had a half day (usually friday), normally the week pay was closer to 500 I applied for all the possible summer jobs as 18 yo student, managed to grab none of them. Luckily my father knew a guy that could take me in as construction worker if i completed a job safety course. I completed the course and had the job, the guy who i was working for was fair (especially with pay),but also very demanding. There were no slacking to be had on work time. Also as the construction was in the capital and i lived 50 km from capital, i had to take 2 trains every morning to be able to make it to the construction before 7 am. It was hard to wake 5:20, but once you get used to it, it really isn't that bad, especially as you're paid for it.

2018-09-10 22:28

it isn't just about $...if you get a degree in something with high demand like different types of engineering, programming, etc and are top of your class, you can practically walk into the USA. Certain skills and/or degrees make it VERY easy to go to other countries, so if you are not rich just try to stay happy now and work on your education. If you get a really good degree and work hard you can go anywhere you want and make tons. But without a special skill, you are correct it is about impossible to move without lots of $. But with a good skill you can even get your moving costs paid and a starting bonus or nothing at all, there is nothing in the middle.
2018-09-10 19:30
If I was an engineer I would earn a lot even in Russia
2018-09-10 19:35
You seem to understand English very well. Try to find a company that needs an interpreter. Have them pay your expenses to come to the US. It’s not out of the question. Companies just write that expense off on taxes.

I get right about $47,000 USD per year as a teacher when I start in 1 year (im doing a certificate for ppl with degrees already but not for education, to go back and become a teacher) the pay is low where I will teach but also low cost of living, but if I do any summer work or other things during the year like write quizzes for text books, coach, teach summer school (ick) etc I can make more but I don't do much of that except sports I like. After taxes much less tho...before taxes I make 50-60k average, more if I bust my butt but I am lazy that's why I am a teacher and not a lawyer. 1 good thing is there is retirement plan, where if I teach or become principal and work 25 years I can get 30-40k a year until I die once I retire (2/3rds of average salary from last 7 years working)
2018-09-10 19:38
you know your country is fucked when teachers can't make a normal living with their work... I read something about teachers who really NEED a 2nd job in the US... so fucked up

yes it varies greatly by state here, because the states decide the pay not the main federal government. So some states pay 35-40k, some pay 50k, some pay 60-80k. It isn't good pay, but there is summers off where 1 can make extra money easily and there is also coaching and other things so its easy to make more if 1 wants to but it should be more. Police, firefighters, and teachers are all paid too low in USA but I can't get a good job in Britich Columbia the only ones I got offers for were in French Canada and I don't like French Canadians so I would rather live in USA.

Depends on the area, some places pay a lot more than others. Like Long Island, which has notoriously high property taxes, but public servants make a lot of money there.

yes, New York is very liberal and values education and social causes, same with California. Teacher salaries are pretty much divided by Republican/Democrat, and how much $ a state has. New Mexico is Democrat but so poor their salaries suck...but the Liberal States with good revenue are the best places to teach I think. Personally, I think about moving to NY or California for that reason, because I have to be in 1 place 20+ years to get my retirement paid so it might be better to move somewhere with better pay since I am just starting out

NY and California are very expensive, so heads up. Even if you're going to be making more, the cost of living is crazy high, especially here in NYC. So I'd suggest getting a car and living outside the city.

yeah it can be easy, but if you care you work lots of extra unpaid hours volunteering time, tutor your students, and dedicate yourself to making others succeed which is not easy. You are right though, the requirements are easy enough but luckily most teachers work hard but one really doesn't have to. The schedule is my favorite part...the schedule is the main reason I like it because I can work hard during the year and travel in summer and winter or if I need money I can work summer school or other summer jobs, so there is much flexibility. I am far from rich, when I was younger I wanted just high pay, but now I am much happier doing this than 10 years ago when I made much more $ but worked 60-100 hours a week. Money matters if you don't have enough to get by, but if you do I think it matters less and quality of life matters more, at least for me.

I'm a student and I had a summer job for the whole summer, I had to fly to another city so I could get free housing and free access to the Internet (Basically I was teaching English to Koreans with web courses), so I wanted to save every penny I could. I was a new guy without experience, without any kind of diploma etc. So, I got the lowest salary possible which was around 1500$ per month.

Well, yea it was, I know English pretty well so it wasn't problematic in that part, but the teaching part was really hard because I had zero clues how to start teaching in the right way, I was teaching beginners, so it was really hard to explain the pronouncing, alphabet etc.

You mean little business sale "jobs", right? I mean it's obvious that it wouldn't work in bigger companies, I'm kinda lost here to be honest because I'm unsure if you are talking about sales jobs in general or just in smaller business or something.

from a guy selling stuff on a street corner, to a guy wearing a suit in an office for big jobs. What you make, is based on what you sell. Bigger companies base their sales force almost entirely from commission so yes they do it too. they have different commission structures based on the profit margin of the items they sell.

I don't mean to offend you, but I'm still kinda confused. So, you are saying that if someone is working for a big clothing company, for example, Nike and when Nike has a sale season his/her salary is based on how much she/he sells Nike's products? So, it changes from 2000-2500usd for example?

yes, some companies might have a base salary of say 2,000 a monthly + commissions that could be another 2,000 or 10,000...top level commission sales people make 100k+ or even 200+... Nike sells themselves, stores want to pick up their products, but I am sure they have sales too...but popular retail brands sell themselves, most sales jobs are selling business 2 business products (like selling computers from IBM to a company, or coc-a-cola getting a contract to sell coke in 1,000 stores of X brand throughout the country, etc. So IBM or other businesses that sell business products, will sell them to other businesses. MOST commission jobs I have seen are MOSTLY commission with a low base salary, so only people do it who are good at it and make lotsa money the bad ppl quit cause of low pay. But some jobs where the sales part is hard to sell or not as big, they might have a higher base salary with less commissions...commissions can work all sorts of ways. IN GENERAL in the USA and NA, commission jobs are low salary high commission so you have to be good selling to make $ at it. here is an article by a CEO explaining why he likes to pay in commission jobs vs salary and below it is the definition of commission. In the USA much is done on commission, it is common in many other countries and cultures, but there might be some places it is less common. linkedin.com/pulse/20141130025620-226516.. "A commission is a sum of money that is paid to an employee upon completion of a task, usually the task of selling a certain amount of goods or services. It can be paid as a percentage of the sale or as a flat dollar amount based on sales volume." I hope this makes sense now or if you have a question I didn't answer I can try more

USA is similar taxe rate but not quite as bad...it sucks seeing 1/3rd pay check dissapear, meanwhile mega corporations like apple can write-off so many expenses that they pay like 1% taxes
2018-09-10 19:36
You think that is bad? Mine was over 50%
2018-09-10 19:41
Same for electricity and about anything. I now pay the same tax rate than the guys who earn millions per month. Normal?! of course, they own governments and tbh democracy doesn't exist any longer. One corollary is directly teachers and their salary btw (so low that they CBA to bother with their job really); they now want sheeple who get excited over a handshake by some guy and can't think by themselves and see how fucked they get. They want people who chant: "welcome refugees" and don't think a minute about the consequences because the corrupted media only lies and tells trivialities. They want modern slaves, and as I see it, have succeeded.
2018-09-10 19:46
idk why u mention that rich people buy the government and then bash refugees in the next sentence. why would the rich people want to bring poor people into the country? defies logic if anything rich people are the root of injuustice, lobbies are cancer and politicians are massive cucks sucking the elite's cocks all day every day
2018-09-10 20:06

Mind if you tell me How old are you Uni Years of working as trainee solicitor State
2018-09-13 12:25
I'm 30 now--started working when I was 28 though 4 years of undergraduate studies in life sciences, followed by 3 years of law school (GW Law) We don't have trainee/solicitor positions; once you graduate law school and pass a state bar exam you are a fully qualified attorney. I am an associate at a large, international law firm. I took the California Bar exam, but I work in Washington DC. You can practice law in DC using bar credentials from any state (alternatively, you can take the DC Bar)

Nope. I'm union. It's based on exp and what term your in for your apprenticeship . I'm only half way to journeyman. Like right now I make $27.40 an hour when I journey out I'll make $39.80 which will be in 1.5 years from now. So it will go to almost 10k USD a month depending on overtime which we work quiet a bit of.

Pointless to ask anyone on this website about a salary, since most of these kids will have no future and won't enter any college, since most of them probably fail at various subjects and have shitty grades due to playing to much. Being honest, if you want be successful in life, you HAVE TO STUDY, drop CS, stop thinking about playing and FOCUS on school and studying for the exams. Believe, if you fail your college entrance exams you will feel like shit for the rest of your life, and CS:GO will still be there, and guess what, you won't have a job or get to do what you love just because you wanted to play a stupid game, in the end ask yourself this: Was it really worth it?; don't throw your future away for a game.
2018-09-10 21:12

I bet you watch rest. Ok tell me what will make for example you succesfull.
2018-09-11 07:54
who did i watch? :D I beliaved good scores are important but ofc not.Noone cares what score u had from chemistry for example. And school system sucks, people just memorize and getting tested and after week they all forget lol, even top students i know what im talking about. There are people who are smart and who score better closed/
2018-09-11 10:06
Restta xD Somebody cares about the grades. If you want to go to the universtity good grades help. But not always. But good grades means that you have learned something. I asked you before, tell me what do you think will make you succesful, other than good school??
2018-09-11 14:31
lol i used to watch restt but loong time ago and neved heard he wouldve said something like that. And so fucking many schools here take students without entrace exams so it doesnt really matter. It matters mainly in medical universities cuz a lot of students want to go there and entrace exams are too hard. And im not saying that you dont need school but u dont need to be top or even average student on some grammar school for example to achieve something and so on... My thoughts in one video youtube.com/watch?v=_PsLRgEYf9E
2018-09-11 16:13
Typical low IQ Czech idiot...Studying is important but i know plenty of people with various graduations working at mcdonalds flipping burgers etc...If you are smart you can become rich with or without grades..Put this little information in your rotten brain kid ;)

"If you are smart", thats true, most os the people get smart in school. Yes there are some cases when people became rich, even though they didnt have university or even college. But its soo little. You can rely on that.... If you compare- people who got great job without studying : people who got great job with studying = 1 : 99 And also about those who work in McD, it depends which school you studied, if you studied a good section there is no way you wont find a job, but if you studied some section where plenty of students goes and there are not enough working places available, ofcourse you will end up working in McD.

It's different. I work as a church musician. Depending on where I play. But for a normal church service I get about 45€ and for a funeral i get 50€. But since I am not employed anywhere, it differs each month. But on average it's 4 services and about 4-7 funerals per month, so it's about 300€-500€ per month for working about 6 hours and doing my hobby.

the stratification in your earnings is enormous, gdp per capita in Russia is a little lower than in Poland, but the salary in Poland is higher than in Russia, a small percentage of it earns billions and millions live in poverty, in Poland are also many rich people and many poor people, the current government is trying to equalize it Culimon - english knowledge should give you more options, $ 231 it's really not much

yeah... A lot of people here get 300 euro a month even, but they don't have education and they never will have one. I worked for a firm that hopefully in a few years after I graduate university, I can work full-time there. My country's population is communist and undereducated, so it's understandable why Bulgaria's living standart is so low.

I would say it is sad that they take advantage of ppl in other countries, but that could be a good amount to live in Brazil? IDK... I just know in USA that type of job usually pays 30-40k a year (15-20 $ per hour) minimum, some more and it is a good living here. but IDK economy there what is average
2018-09-11 04:06
Here in brazil, to live a fairly good life, around 3k of our currency (Around 721 USD today) is enough, but most people make less than this, the average wage is between 1k and 2k in most cities, while in some of the richer ones it's 1.5 to 3k (but living cost is higher also). Also there is the taxes problems, most of the cars and electronical stuff it's expensive as hell here (as an example, a gtx 1080 ranges around 4k reais, wich is around 1k dollars).

i meant if you don`t even have experience working in a unix command line environment its good that you have a job that teaches you, thats the way up at first you mostly do hardware stuff, then as a senior you are just handling the problems and making the juniors do the work, so that they would learn something

With those skills you can make 5-10x your salary in other countries. Even exists remote jobs. You should pursue it
2018-09-11 12:21
Many of the workers from Ukraine/Poland/Lithuania etc who live in Norway and Sweden have good education in their country. But they can't get a job in their field in our countries. That's why they take jobs as a carpenter or as cleaning ladies, because even in these fields, they still make more money than a project manager in their country.
2018-09-13 15:36
That is also true. But I think it's because of the language barrier. If they would speak fluent English or Norwegian/Swedish, they could still get the jobs. There are alot of indians working for Volvo IT and they can't speak Swedish, only English. they make good money.

Varastomiehen palkka 16e tunti jassoo. Missähän näin? Mitä mä oon kuullu niin yleensä 10-13e tunti.
2018-09-11 17:46
2018-09-13 01:03
Tuntipalkka on tuntipalkka eikä siihen ilmoiteta lisiä suoraan päälle, vaan ne lisätään kertoimella X palkkalaskelmaan perus tuntipalkan päälle. Ohan noita varmaan ainakin satoja suomessa.
