I'm 2 years older and pretty much same height and weight, it's nothing to worry about. I eat plenty, but do running 3 times a week which keeps me skinny. If you're up for it, I would suggest doing fitness in a gym. You'll gain more muscle weight and will eat more as well. Apart from muscle weight, there's not really much else to gain unfortunately :p

+1000 Eat more is always the answer to gaining weight. If you struggle getting in the calories spread it more through the day, go 5 meals instead of 3, or even more.

Start counting your calories, soon you'll notice that even though you might think that you're eating much, you're not, then increase your meal times a day to at least 4 proper meals (arround 3000 cals/day)(AND NO SNACKING VERY IMPORTANT), and start working out. In that way, you will actually have something to build your mass on (cause you finally have enough caloric intake) and your body won't decide just to shit it out, and will put a part of it on building muscle, which not only will get you in a better shape, but will get some mass onto you slender frame.

I did mention that you need to hit the gym tho. And having a larger than standard caloric intake will either way make you mass grow. Not considerably, without working out, but somewhat.

schedule your meals. Have them every 2-3 hours (Depends on your metabolism), set your carbs income higher then it is now. Avoid junk food ( there's nothing usefull in there). Make sure you eat enough vegetables and vary them as much as you can for you digestion. Repeat it untill you reach your goal. If you can't come to any progress it means you aren't eating enough. And ofcourse work out

Been there. -go to gym -use mass gainer -eat 4k calories daily overall (including mass gainer) This way you will gain atleast 3-6kgs a month no matter how hard of a gainer you are. Gl.

Here is the things that you gotta do, Go hospitals and check your TSH T3 T4 thyroid hormones. Hyperthyroid cause loss weight. Re-consider your life. If you have no life, living with your family playing cs go all the time, fapping too much and can't make enough money or if something keeps bothering you in your mind you won't be able to gain weight. It is phycological. You will lose what you gain in your sleep. Go to the gym but don't try hard. Have muscle even if you look skinny. This is going to make you eat more. Experience talked guys. I had the same problem and saved myself with creating proper life.

If you are serious about wanting to gain weight, invest in some protein shakes and start going gym. Will help you put on mass slowly but surely. If you don't know what to do in the gym trying looking up Ice cream fitness 5x5. Is a good programe to start you off and is good one to put on mass

There's a simple method used by strongmen trainers when they get a newbie client. They make them a plate full of rice (FULL) and they make them eat it all, if they cant eat it all they tell them to go on a 30 min walk and finish it when they get back. If they do finish it they go on the same walk and when they get back they have the same amount of rice waiting for them. If you eat more than 50% over your BMR (how many calories you burn in a day) and you still dont gain any weight you might have an issue with either your thyroid or adrenal glands. e.g. my BMR is around 2100 if I wanted to gain weight I'd add 25% to that which would be 2625 Extra notes: dont bother with mass gainer, go for protein powder if you're working out but if you want to gain weight eat a lot of starchy carbs like rice and potatoes (you can use bread and pasta but I'm someone that think's gluten's bad for you)
