You only struggle with health, education or debt if you are poor. Most middle-class people who actually work won't have a problem with this.
All of those problems could be easily fixed but since most of our politicians are shit or corrupted, it'll just be impossible. We could genuinely be one of the best countries in the world to live in without many issues but ofc all of that is just an illusion cause of our own government.
What he says is mostly true, but the "it sure used to be"-part is some horseshit. Granted, the US used to be on the top of those charts that he mentions, but there's never been some "MORAL REASON" for government motivation. Slaves, nuclear bombs, CIA assassinations, black persecutions up until the late 2000 century, non-equal rights up until the late 2000 century...
