No It's not, fnatic is shit though. NiP is still tier 1, they didn't win 3 matches to take them to the playoffs and probably should have but choked. But just look at their results against the other tier 1 teams. Almost all matches both bo1 and bo3:s were competetive.
Anyway swedish cs is indeed in a huge slump but if you look at the projects within the swedish scene I think it's clear we'll recover. And when I say projects I'm mainly speaking of the swedish elitserien. Don't think Sweden will be as dominant as during the 1.6 era though, the scene is too competative worldwide nowadays and not as focused on individual skills as it was in 1.6.
But if this global warming continues we'll loose our edge because we won't just be stuck inside infront of the computer for 60% of the year.
