128 tick servers are never going to be added by Valve.

There are lots of reasons why adding 128 tick is pointless. reddit.com/r/GlobalOffensive/comments/5l.. Users on lower end PC's and internet connections would be screwed over as they wouldn't be able to take in all of those updates from the servers, 128 tick is really high. (This is well over half of the userbase we are talking about here) The differences between 128 tick and 64 tick are minimal despite what you read in this echo chamber and see on even usually reputable YouTube channels (/u/WarOwl), differences so minimal, even professional players would not have a difficult time to(*) be able to distinguish the difference without using any grenades or bhopping. Lesser-so, but moving and maintaining 128 tick servers costs a lot of money, which isn't CSGO devs fault but rather the CEOs and Corporate's fault, they want to be able to buy a new lamborghini at the end of the month and you want to keep them happy. There are other, more efficient, effective, and cheaper means to improve hitreg, Valve has already taken great strides towards this by completely rewriting how hitboxes work in CSGO, as well as revamping the bullet path system. These updates alone have further minimized the differences between 128 and 64 tick, and the argument really is no longer valid anymore, especially considering there are still other means to be taken such as revamping lag comp, matching client and server side view for effectively, and making general optimization improvements. You do not perform any better on 128 tick servers than you do on 64 tick servers (unless you intentionally only learn 128 tick smokes/flashes as well as use bhop tactically and often), and if you do it is not because of the tick rate.

This game is better than it was in 2014. The awp needed to be nerfed. Nowadays you have to have much quicker reactions to use it because you can't just move around scoped. You have to peek full speed, then scope and fire as quick as possible. Besides, this game is better when there are more riflers than awpers. Imagine mibr without the awp nerf, they would be unbeatable. It would be Stewie, Fallen, and Coldzera with an unnerfed awp wtf.

you look like you didn't watch the scene in 2014, there were no triple awp setups lol .. was difficult even to see double awp setups (except titan with kqly/kenny) and although awp was faster in the old days, just Kenny, Jw, and Pasha were top awpers in the world, today any idiot like MSL can be an awper... no bro the game today is no better than 2014-2015, if it were it would not have lost so many pros and players old school and the valve would not give a statement like this, right? look at the match of faze vs astralis 500k spec? lol look at the majors of 2015 the big show.. the hype was much better and gameplay was better, people don't want to play or watch a broken game full of nerfs and teams like gambit or north winning a major, these teams win big tournaments don't mean that the game is more "balanced" but rather that the real symbols of the game, play only for money and don't like the game anymore

You act as if the scene wouldn't have evolved from 2014 even if the game stayed completely unchanged. I think Kabum, and subsequently LG with cold and fallen revolutionized the double awp setup. We're starting to see triple awp setups in the game, but I remember when double awp setups were quite uncommon. Also, you talk about old school players leaving or dropping out of contention, but I see it differently. I see it as there are now players that are just better than them. Time changes everything. Reactions slow down as you age too, so inevitably the legends will die. Also, my view on why csgo is less viewed now is because Valve treated it like a stray dog it kept locked up in its backyard. When we were crying for changes and simple fucking fixes they ignored us (And then came out with one of the worst updates I've ever seen in any competitive game EVER, the 1 shot revolver).

I don't doubt the potential of Brazilians although I think that if awp had not been nerfed, jw and kennys would be better than FalleN fallen and fnx were tier 1 players in cs 1.6 they were never better because they traveled to play outside Brazil only every 3 months What I want to pass on to you is that teams like VP, nip, fnatic, g2 (ex envyus) are teams that have the biggest fan base of the game, so the public interest in watching the pro scene, I already talked to several friends in Brazil and the world outside, who stopped playing the game or rarely watch the games nowadays, and everyone always speaks the same reasons: cheaters, poor game optimization and worsened gameplay with so many nerfs made the game less "interesting" I don't agree with you about the age of the players, for example players like Happy is 26 years old, and get right is 28, do you think with these ages they can't have good reflexes? they were only hit hard by valve with spray nerf in 2016, kennys is not a bot atm, but he will never be "Titan kennyS" again when he doesn't allow him to use his best resource which was to be aggressive of awp

You think the spray nerf made the game less interesting? I was always partial to tapping and bursting (I would spray ofc because that used to be the way to go, but I felt players should be rewarded with extra accuracy if they chose to burst or tap). I think they should give m4 and Ak 100% first bullet accuracy, that would be great. I see your points and I understand what you're saying. You're not wrong that viewership was hurt by teams with the biggest fanbases fading away, and the game optimization is garbage. Plus, it took valve forever to even attempt to combat cheating adequately. Don't you think the 2014 awp was op though? Imagine if in this meta all of a sudden we had the same movement speed and accuracy. I swear we would have triple awp setups becoming a thing. And now because the tec9 is garbage it would be harder for ecoing t-sides to overcome those awp setups. Notice how much more maps are t-sided than ct-sided compared to back then? I have no doubt that the awp nerf played a huge role in that.

CS will always be CS, you don't need vehicles or rocket launchers in it, you don't need destroyable walls because you play a map and it should be not changeable. I just hope Valve won't increase the sys requirements for CS:GO once again.

Yes it's a good thing. I'm saying I think that this one small thing is what sets CS:GO apart from other shooters where it's a fucking clownfest of people running and jumping while shooting. I think people don't really think that much about it, but limiting movement accuracy as much as CS does is what makes it unique and more realistic.

I'd be happy with a good anti-cheat, a few new (good) maps added to the competitive pool and some retouches to the oldest maps. As for Source 2 I see lots of people talking about it, but I don't know to what extent it would change the game a lot (look at DOTA). And I think that I've read somewhere that csgo already has seen some source 2 elements introduced in the recent past. Battle Royale is at the bottom of my priorities for CSGO...
