Cant acces the gym right now and been there this week already Rest day from running and swimming I have nothing to do and id like to do something. Was thinking about going for a random drive but that isnt very productive is it? And i dont feel like sitting in front of my pc the whole day like i do pretty much every weekend

Well one day i did go on a 15km walk in the middle of helsinki at 6am on sunday. It was great as it was so quiet and i was pretty much the only one outside but i dunno. maybe i should go walk

sweet idea I usually take my bike to a forest nearby (4m to get there) then get in the forest, about 10m then get off the tracks and up a mountain cliff and you have this insane view like as far as the eye can stretch, trees everywhere. When the suns out, it’s great to just sit there and read xD I know it sounds weird but, why the hell not?

I usually took a walk like midnight every night a year ago but you hear of some bad shit happening, even in this small town where I live for example, last year a man was found dead outside a police station in the morning hours (15m from my house) and I read some article about a guy getting robbed by dudes with machetes 15m from my house in another direction (mid town)

U must be limb dominant then. I got huge chest, shoulders, traps and back but can't seem to gain weight on my arms and legs. I play football a lot, maybe that's the case

If i can’t go to the gym this is my ussual workout 60 Push ups, 3*20 60 sit-ups, 3*20 60 squats 3*20 5 minutes of side planks, 5 minutes on each side. 5 minutes of planks, 2,5 minutes at a time.
