Seriously though, I'd say that Bobó de Camarão (Shrimp bobó) has to be my favorite national dish. It's like a quite textured stew of manioc with shrimps, coconut milk and some other aromatics.
Bacalhau, caldo verde, chouriço, arroz doce, açorda alenteujana, pastéis de nata , cataplana de marisco, queijo da serra, sardinhas assadas, broa de milho, morçela, percebes, polvo guisado, canja that's all I can really think about at the moment there are thousands more.
