I think you are massively overrating Snax, as far as I know he isn't that calm collected team player that you are making him up to be.
If he was a team first-type of guy like you say he is, he'd try to accommodate to what the team needs from him, not the other way around... and reading at Snax's facebook statement it's clear to me that he isn't.
Could they be better this next upcoming season with a team based around snax as a star satisfying his every need? maybe... just maybe.
Is it worth it to try to accomodate all the young, up-and-coming talent, who still have their best CSGO years ahead of them, to fulfill the needs of a slightly better player that is past his prime?
any GM would tell you the same, nope, it isn't... you gotta look forward into the future while making this kind of decisions... you'd have to be a mad stupid cuck to put a young player like Sunny in a support role where his raw skill would take a step back in the priorities of the team.. when he's arguably in the top5 of most promising prospects of the game ATM.
It's not that Snax sucks, it's just that he's not got much to offer any top5 team as a star player this late on his career. I hope he gets to a point where he can understand that, he could have another great 3-4 years on him as supportive cast on a good team.
