used to be an active and talkative person back in the days. Now, only thing I do is to watch other people have fun while I can't.

only you can change ur life bro, and nobody can help u if u dont help urself :) most easy thing is to just try find exuses u know. And doing nothing about it
i have a dream which is gonna be biggest gay pornstar on history
youre still the same old person, depression just suppresses your old more positive personality

Invincibility lies within, not outside of yourself. If you control your own mind, your own thoughts, and your own actions, you are invincible. Do not lay focus on others, but rather on what You can be.
So do not seek to have, seek to be; as you become, you will obtain the fruit of that which you became. You have created the prisoning reality you live in and you continue to fuel it, so it remains. Only those who renounce their ability to be free are slaves. Let this not be any longer. Remember that you create every aspect of your life.
just take a "fuck everything" stance on the world and have fun
start a new sport or activity
my best friends right now are the dudes i met going to the gym( awesome place for social relations, mainly talking about activities but still communication) and playing snooker tournaments.

Try LSD once and u will be good to go.
Idk dude how to rly help you but I got really important piece of advice advice for you - avoid every possible addiction including masturbation, eating too many sweets, playing games too much, drinking %, smoking etc. You gotta find that 1 non-addictive thing that makes you happy, even a little bit happier. Try to find hobby, look for happiness. Know it sounds dumb but it helps step by step, day by day. And one day you will find a lifesense. In my case it was a woman, once I see her smile I am happy for a long but actually she is out of my range. Anyway hope that one day we will be together makes me stay alive. I even started studying coding on my own and feel rly better than when I were checking what's new on YT next FB next messenger next snapchat and again...
Wish you all best dude, have a nice day :)
PS Sorry for my London
PS2 A lot of ppl would say that you should do any psychical activity, I didn't try it out
PS3 Hang out with mates, if you don't have ones then try to find em, it really helps
Tbh my deepest wishes and the willingness to work for these put me in the current state of being very happy (or rather really content).
- was 23 without a real gf so far and wanted one really, really badly.
-> after turnin 22 actually really tried by using dating apps, getting into contact with girls in general
-> found a gf at 23 and am now almost 3 years into a happy relationship
- always worried about my education and future
-> sticked to my studies and put the necessary fuckton of work into it to get the B.Sc
-> after that looked for internship and found one after about 2-3 months which turned into a working student job at a big company in GER (the 20h/week job probably being one of the best things that happened to me in life)
-> started M.sc. while working and am now close to finishing it while still with the same job
To me the saying
"man forges his own destiny"
is the truest and most helpful wisdom there is
check what you really want to achieve/have deep down inside
-> work for these dreams, no matter how hard it seems to achieve them
