getting taller wont be happening because its all about genetics, but getting bulkier is something that you can do, your diet, metabolism and workout is the main equation into any sort of big bulky or cut and tone workout programmes.
Just try a high carbohydrate and protein diet and low rep high weight workout.
Im in the britsh army and I and what you would call a big person im around 191-192cm and weigh around 95 kg, dailly i consume around 5000 calories and do cardio in the morning with my regiment and then shortly after my daily duties i will go to the gym and smash some weights or go for a weighted run with 25-35kg on my back.
try some torturing machines which stretch your body...
also someone has to date those midget 140-150cm women... u'll be alpha next to them.
