Well since there is no one else alive you must learn lots of different things to increase your chances of survival. This could range from practical tasks like plumbing or construction all the way to more complex sciences, but it really depends on how you want to live. Sure you can learn the most basic primitive skills necessary but the more you learn the better your skill set, quality of life and chances of survival. Also don't forget learning is fun, at least for me, just depends on what you learn, how you learn it and for what purpose.
Some examples of things (simple and complex) I would definitely learn:
-Boating (ez transport+helps with the next point)
-Fishing (ez food for long term after supermarket food expires)
-Plumbing (make sure i can have clean + sustainable water all the time)
-Electrotechnology (working with solar system for ez infinite off-grid power)
-Mechanical technology (cars and other forms of transport will inevitably need repair)
-Biology (try to create an artificial womb and repopulate the earth with pre-existing eggs in science labs using IVF)
-Hunting (need food on land sometimes)
-Cooking (ofc will try to learn things like how to properly dry food and make long-lasting jerky and pickled food that will last a long time)
-Farming (fruits/veggies are important)
That's just off the top of my head, but learning lots of new things is important for survival, and you may even be able to pass it down if you can repopulate with artificial wombs and IVF.
