Brollan and twist
KRIMZ |

Man these 2 just changed the look of fnatic I know its too early to say but they look more comfident and motivated in whatever they do Attack defence and those pushes. And more co ordinated nade kills amd flashes. Twist is sick wid awp as well and that ace on train vs optic(Lul draken crying behind screen) Krimz god as always and brollan looks pretty good much like ropz and Jw things I don't like xizt but I don't mind of they perform in this manner. These two boys came as fresh air for Fnatic #Gofnatic #Krimzgod

He's one of, if not the most, underrated players in CS:GO. Back in 2013 he was nuts.

He is at home with fnatic, most definitely. Ironically enough, I think NiP suited him perfectly, but he outright refused to join NiP several times.
2018-10-21 23:59
The shuffle betn fnatic and godsent made his talent waste fr 2 years he cud easily had been in nip or fnatic Definitely a tier 1 player with his game sense

Well he has declined NiP thrice, he also declined fnatic for a time until he literally had no place else to go. Twist has so much skill, but he always put himself before CS and he only played where he wanted to play. Still, Simon with the right guidance, freedom and confidence is probably one of the more underrated, impactful players in Sweden.

Aye... Disco was insane back in the old epsilon lineup and then just couldn't hold his own during fnatic (the split-up with godsent). He had a lot of skill, too.

Well it really did come out of nowhere... it ultimately came down to the players themselves not being satisfied with results and "wanting a new change". Bearing in mind, before the change, this was the old fnatic what won everything? flusha, KrimZ, Olofmeister, Jw and dennis... This unbeatable tam just couldn't scratch results. It's mad to think the team that started an era with pronax and then with dennis are fragments of the teams we see today. Dennis is in NiP, flusha is in C9... It's history at it's finest. ^^

fnatic look pretty good currently out of their honeymoon period... I REALLY, REALLY want to see THE Swedish derby we're all waiting for... The new NiP needs to square off against the new fnatic. It'll happen soon in either ECS or EPL, but I REALLY need to see it happen. :D Both teams are in dire straits in terms of past performances... NiP having more success at offline events, fnatic online events.

-Xizt +Golden I prefer Golden as Hampus because of two great factors 1. The major factor is knowledge, as Golden, in his time commanding Fnatic made KRIMZ a god, showing how successful the swedish support can be. By that, he could boost Brollan stats to reach the same level, so you have two excellent riflers, a great AWP and a hybrid and very dangerous player. Still, the amount of firepower could cover the lack of it that Golden brings together with his calls. A more structured a minded game would help fnatic a lot. 2. The AWP problem isn’t a major issue at fnatic right now, as JW is fine being the secondary. Still, with Hampus, a AWPer, the situation could get mad, as players would probaly have issues about how could AWP, affecting JW and even Twist. So, by now, the AWP is pretty solid at fnatic, with two really good players being able to use it.
2018-10-21 23:46
Oh my god please yes. This is a change we really need if they can somehow get Golden back.

Fnatic themselves has stated the best move they ever made was bringing Xizt into the lineup... He's obviously important to them and is doing something right, despite the fact I personally feel he should quit being an IGL and move to full-time fragger.
2018-10-22 00:04
Of course, I realize that for JW and Krimz he'll probably be an important member they wouldn't want to kick him but sometimes there are moves that are good for the team overall even if it cuts the short-term morale. Xizt is their friend, hence why when NiP dropped him they jumped at the opportunity to play with him. I don't think that is a healthy move at all for Fnatic and that Xizt is a very unappealing IGL overall. There are differences in changes the players want and changes the team benefits from sometimes. They've also stated on twitter that they still miss Golden and that there are still decent relations there, so it wouldn't be deterimental for them if they picked him back up.

I completely agree. :) I'm slightly irked at Xizt, because I know how impactful and explosive he can be when his aim is on point, but we never get to see it with this out-of-date strat-calling.
2018-10-22 00:11
It just feels like his place in the squad is out of time now. What irks me the most is his out of date calling and how he manages to seemingly ruin young players careers half the time because he can't put them into the roles they should be in because 'oh yeah I've known these guys for a while and even if this person can do this role better I'll put him in a bad one for him' and shit like that.

Exactly... credit to Xizt, he was indomitable in 2012 and 2013, but the competition back then wasn't the greatest and the "IGL" was as basic as it could be. He did some great things on Mirage and the original train, but other than that it was the dynamism of NiP as a whole that made them excel, Xizt simply telling them where to go when not playing a default. Credit to gla1ve for simply showing how impacting the IGL role can be even in 2018 when the competition and IGL'ing impact is the highest it's ever been.
2018-10-22 00:17
Yeah, I won't deny that back in the day when IGLing was simpler he was fine, but he was always carried by his teams to their victories and not his strats carrying the team to victories. gla1ve is such an incredible fragger I've been so impressed this year by him. It shows that an IGL who thinks like gob b but frags like a star is possible and that is insane to say. I'd say 2015's competition was higher but definitley 2018 is catching up to it.

2015's competition was easily the highest to this day during the fnatic era, but I think CS:GO has evolved so much since then, the IGL role is now absolutely crucial to victory unlike back in the golden days. Because of that fact alone, gla1ve is easily one of the best players of the year for me. Deserves all the credit he gets, honestly...
2018-10-22 00:23
All of the Astralis players and top players in general deserve all the credit they are getting this year. Agreed on CS:GO and strategies evolving since 2015 even if the competition was heavier back then. I'm so interested to see the Top 20 this year and especially who will get #1 between s1mple and device
2018-10-22 00:25
It should be s1mple without any discussion. Don't get me wrong, device is a really good player as a star role and in general, but when you're watching s1mple games you're always asking yourself "How can this guy be so good?". Even when Na'Vi's losing by high margin of score, s1mple is almost always on the first place taking the lead as the best player on the server. We never had such a player in the entire history of CS.
2018-10-23 09:22
I agree entirely with what you are saying, but device has simply won so much this year that I find myself saying will HLTV fuck up the Top 10 or no... I think s1mple should be #1 and device #2 no doubt.
2018-10-23 13:09
Maybe they will still give it to s1mple considering the fact that HLTV started to offer MVP's to players that lost the final (s1mple being the case for two times).
2018-10-23 13:20
Perhaps, perhaps. I just don’t see it happening with something as big as a Top Player of the Year spot. s1mple performance wise has been having the stats to do It but unfortunately hasn’t won much this year unlike device who’s stats might be worse significantly year round but he has multiple wins and MVPs including a Major MVP as well.
2018-10-23 13:39
s1mple has 5 mvp awards including the Cologne one. Also his first two MVP's of the year are the first awards that were given to a player who lost the final of a tournament. I hope that they'll take these things seriously.
2018-10-23 14:25
+1 Only problem i feel is xizt
2018-10-21 23:53
Yes it is, not even because of firepower but because of his bad calls. You’re really smatr, F0rsaken

twist is a good player, cant deny, but just imagine his form now if he hadnt been wanking in tier3 for 2-3 years but joined nip 2 years ago when he was offered to
2018-10-22 00:06
Also the godent mess made him lose 2 yrs Definitely a tier 1 guy
2018-10-22 00:23
if he joined nip 2 years ago he would be as washed up as the current nip line up right now
2018-10-23 13:20
You wonder why the NiP lineup was so washed up until recently and with GeT_RiGhT still struggling there... oh yeah it was Xizt and his shit that kept them down, they realize it, release him, and then suddenly they are doing better than Fnatic! The only big flaw in this lineup is ofc Xizt. He has a problem with using players properly and giving them the space they need to work with if they are inexperienced or young (Like Twist or Brollan, I’ve already started to see Brollan doing the suicide support for them which is NOT okay. He should be one of the focus and center players you’re developing into a star. Xizt only runs default most of the time nowadays too, just a lot I could complain about :/
2018-10-23 13:45
the reason nip was washed up is 5 ppl not performing, not any 1 person
