my point is he wont get i9 and rtx 2080 + ram, ssd, monitor, mouse, keyboard, psu, cooler, case for 3k. With rtx 2080 he must get 244hz 4k or and ithink that screen is like 1k
2018-10-22 09:42
Ah ye. He won't, the big issue is the GPU tbh, he can go for an used 1080ti or a new 2080,or wait for 2070

just get one of those prebuilt computers like the msi ones spend about $500 on a nice keyboard, gmk keycaps, custom metal case etc also invest another $500 into an assortment of mice

750psu would be enough
2018-10-22 09:45
if its purely CS 3k is an overkill, but if you want a strong pc go for this- i7 8700k asus rog motherboard (370 chipset) . NOT GIGABYTE 16/32 GB memory (go with 3000 MHZ 15 CL, more or less) SSD 500 GB +HDD if you want MSI/Asus 1070 TI/1080 (best value for money right now) go for sata 3 not nvme because you will sufficate your pci lanes and use 80% of GPU amazon.com/Samsung-MZ-75E500E-Internal-S..

m.2-slots go through chipset.

edit: HOLY SHIT do not buy that cpu for 700 euro it's crazy!!! you can find @ newegg.com and such for half the price i think the MB you picked is for smaller cases, i would call the store and make sure they all fit you picked 16 GB of ram... 2* 8 go for 2 *16 i personally dont like Palit but it's decent enough go for 600W power supply in case you want to expend in the future (it's not a big money differnce)

2018-10-22 09:30
i would experiment @ newegg.com for prices and pcpartpicker.com for compatibility GL edit- look for prices there and find local vendor with similar price

Shitty time to buy. Intel pretty much sold out and the new better cpus are overpriced as fuck even if you find those somewhere.

Buy a cheap pc if you play games like cs only. Or wait until Intel is on stock. Ryzen 2600 170€ b450mobo 80-90€ 16GB 3200MHz cl16/3000 cl15 ddr4 140-165€ decent psu 50-65€ rx 580/ gtx 1060 220-240€ 500gb ssd 90€ case 50-100€ cooler for cpu oc 25-40€

CPU- 9700K, don't buy 9900k if you are going to just game. 9700K is same/slightly better in games. GPU- 1080ti, rtx series not worth the money Memory - make sure to get two sticks of either 8gb or 16gb for total of 16 or 32 gb asper your need. Go for 3200Mhz one as high end CPU/GPU can better utilize faster ram. PSU- Research and buy any good one even if it's expensive Cabinet- as per your preference but make sure it has good airflow
