if its purely CS 3k is an overkill, but if you want a strong pc go for this-
asus rog motherboard (370 chipset) . NOT GIGABYTE
16/32 GB memory (go with 3000 MHZ 15 CL, more or less)
SSD 500 GB +HDD if you want
MSI/Asus 1070 TI/1080 (best value for money right now) go for sata 3 not nvme because you will
sufficate your pci lanes and use 80% of GPU
edit: HOLY SHIT do not buy that cpu for 700 euro it's crazy!!!
you can find @ newegg.com and such for half the price
i think the MB you picked is for smaller cases, i would call the store and make sure they all fit
you picked 16 GB of ram... 2* 8 go for 2 *16
i personally dont like Palit but it's decent enough
go for 600W power supply in case you want to expend in the future (it's not a big money differnce)
Buy a cheap pc if you play games like cs only. Or wait until Intel is on stock.
Ryzen 2600 170€
16GB 3200MHz cl16/3000 cl15 ddr4 140-165€
decent psu 50-65€
rx 580/ gtx 1060 220-240€
500gb ssd 90€
cooler for cpu oc 25-40€
CPU- 9700K, don't buy 9900k if you are going to just game. 9700K is same/slightly better in games.
GPU- 1080ti, rtx series not worth the money
Memory - make sure to get two sticks of either 8gb or 16gb for total of 16 or 32 gb asper your need. Go for 3200Mhz one as high end CPU/GPU can better utilize faster ram.
PSU- Research and buy any good one even if it's expensive
Cabinet- as per your preference but make sure it has good airflow
