Yes i am, i never once said anything about brooklyn though I am in my mid 20s and also living with my 2 best mates in a shared household, but in my personal opinion, a man in his 30s should definitely move out, get his own living and start thinking about family, no matter where you live

I dont think it matters at all which kind of apartment it is, for example if id be living in a villa or in a fucking castle, id still move out next year as planned, cause its time for me to end that chapter and move on with my life. Thats how i see things and theres nothing that can change my mind about it..

1850 EUR 2 bedrooms, I think 90m2 in Amsterdam
2018-10-30 19:34
also furnished, building has elevator, storage room (u can put your bikes, etc) just 1 bathroom and a separate toilet.. bedrooms are quite spacious and living room as well.
2018-10-30 19:35
sounds nice, is it very central in Amsterdam?
2018-10-31 01:00
No, not really. Since it has elevator, you can expect that it's not in the canals area, although it's still Amsterdam (not Harlem/Amstelveen/Hoofdorp/Diemen, etc).. Its like Amsterdam Zuid. 20min bike to city center.
2018-10-31 09:13

2018-11-02 13:52
Hahah she is lovely and I like it small for now anyway. Most people spend their time in one room. Most likely living room . The quality of the space depends on the interior design much more than the size of the place. Unless we talk extremely small. Big place is sterile and feels cold and isolated. So Im mostly in my living room which is ok size and I like to spend most of time outside at the sea and nature anyway. So why spend more money on bigger apartment. When We decide to have a kid we will move to bigger flat.

2018-10-31 22:41
SOme of my friends went for this option but mortgages in CZE are harder to get than ever before, so it might get a lil tricky when you don't earn a bit more than what's the average.. Me personally don't like the thing of mortgages mainly because of the long-term repayment - I'd be stressing myself with questions like what If I'd get fired or I'd hurt myself and won't have money and blabalba or even if I'd like to leave the city or country which in my case is very probable. Then I'd have to find someone who'd pay me the rent so I can repay it to the bank - so many responsibilities unlikely with a simple rent. IMO

no worries, i just have reservations about putting stuff like that out on the web. the rule of thumb that i go by is that your rent shouldn't exceed 1/4 of your net monthly income. living in a large city like Chicago (in the good neighborhoods at least) isn't exactly cheap tho either

still not accurate if you don't mention the post code of the area you're living in.. Overall at the time I was moving around March 2018, prices were really high, idk how is it right now. It's 2+kk on Zlicin and it's new building (2015) so that's why it's mb a bit expensive. Also it has balcony and parking space which was must have for me.
2018-11-02 15:00
yep Prague's rentals atm are waaaay over than what it used to be 3 yrs ago lol.. also if it's a new building, you're most likely paying for that too, like you said. But having balcony + parking space is great - I assume a garage spot beneath the house? If you're satisfied with your rent, then it's all good in the hood

Oleneb kuhu sa otsid, mis linna ning mis asukoht seal linnas. Paides saad kolme toalise kesklinna korteri alla kahesaja euro, samas Tallinnas selle eest ei saa midagi. Kui suurt kohta sa otsid?
