no i did + 2.5k calories if you go -calories you will lose weight at first but after some time your body will adjust to getting less calories and start saving them making you fat again. unless you want to starve its not good. But if people are lazy being active its their choice I mentioned getting more calories cuz its more important to workout then your diet. ofc having ONLY junk food is not good.

The only number that matters is the balance between calories in vs calories out. You can eat +5000 kcal as long as you spend +5500 Only way to loose weight is to be in calorie deficit.

true but if you just start cutting on calories your body will react to you getting less and will start saving. and if you start working out and eating same you will actually start to burn them and the fat you had before if your workout is good enough.

In any case your body will adapt. tho its true that it will adapt faster if you just cut your calories. the secret is doing things in a way you have room to progress. if you start by doing 1h cardio a day, you can only go up, to the point where you dont have time on your daily life anymore to do what it takes. if you cut on calories only eventually you will have to cut more, to the point where you starve yourself. So slightly cutting ur calorie intake, by 200 or 300 kcal and introducing some kind of cardio 3/4 times a week is a great way to start.

If you eat a lot, look for food alternatives examples if you want to eat a burger, eat it without a bun or if you want a Starbucks Frappuccino, replace it with iced tea + coconut milk. Also, try to at least walk around 30 mins/1 hour a day. Should be helping :)

bcuz its 2h of low intensity exercise, you need at least a bit on intesity, walking won't suffice, maybe try to run 10min of those 2h and see if smt changes. You must be young and need to take advantage of your fast metabolism now or it will be too late

Im the same, and tbh its easier to lose weight than to gain at this point.. Just eat normal sized breakfast/lunch/dinner with no meals in between, drink water and eat less bread.. You will lose weight but ofc without cardio work it will go pretty slow.. I managed to go down from 91 to 84 in 4 months by eating as less bread/sweets as possible, but still kept eating 3 times a day and my activity was walking to school (4-5km total per day)

Exclude carbohydrates, reduce fat. No sugar (including drinks), no chocolate, no fried or smoked food. Basically it should be boiled chicken, boiled eggs, fruits, vegetables. Make sure you eat daily no more than 1500 kalories, none of them should be eaten after 6 PM. Walk instead of taking taxi/bus as much as possible. Work out. If you're looking for a magic pill that allows you to eat what you want and lose weight - you will wait for that miracle forever.

I am 174cm and used to be 58. A few weeks ago I was 91. Now I am already 85. How? Easy. I still drink beer a lot and eat junkfood. All you need to do - cut down on sugars (e.g. chocolates) and watch the composition - carbs in the morning, carbs+protein for lunch and pure protein for dinner. Fnck calories, do not bother with this shit - it works (I mean eat less than spend), but not worth your time, unless you are planning to go for a tournament. Plus, if you'll lose weight too fast, you'll have hanging moobs - this shit sncks. 2-3kg per month with this method ez and keep in mind - you do not need to exercise or eat salads 24/7. If you do though, it would be even faster, but enjoy hanging tits then.

just eat less junkfood. I was 177cm/92kg. stopped eating garbage food and lost 8kg in 2.5 months. and that was just from not eating candy, drinking soda etc. I ate food normally. after 8 months I was at 72kg, decided to hit the gym and now I am at 80kg after 1½ years going to the gym
