If you eat a lot, look for food alternatives examples if you want to eat a burger, eat it without a bun or if you want a Starbucks Frappuccino, replace it with iced tea + coconut milk. Also, try to at least walk around 30 mins/1 hour a day. Should be helping :)

Im the same, and tbh its easier to lose weight than to gain at this point.. Just eat normal sized breakfast/lunch/dinner with no meals in between, drink water and eat less bread.. You will lose weight but ofc without cardio work it will go pretty slow.. I managed to go down from 91 to 84 in 4 months by eating as less bread/sweets as possible, but still kept eating 3 times a day and my activity was walking to school (4-5km total per day)

I am 174cm and used to be 58. A few weeks ago I was 91. Now I am already 85. How? Easy. I still drink beer a lot and eat junkfood. All you need to do - cut down on sugars (e.g. chocolates) and watch the composition - carbs in the morning, carbs+protein for lunch and pure protein for dinner. Fnck calories, do not bother with this shit - it works (I mean eat less than spend), but not worth your time, unless you are planning to go for a tournament. Plus, if you'll lose weight too fast, you'll have hanging moobs - this shit sncks. 2-3kg per month with this method ez and keep in mind - you do not need to exercise or eat salads 24/7. If you do though, it would be even faster, but enjoy hanging tits then.
